Inte mer bläddra för rummet med kung sängen. Denna enhet har två King Master sviter med privata badrum i varje. Men du kanske vill vända på sviten med lyxiga badrummet som har två handfat, en bubbelbadkar och en stor dusch med två huvuden. Det tredje gästrummet har två queen size-sängar och eget badrum också. Drift i sömnen i alla rum med premium madrasser på varje säng.

Enjoyed this complex

This was our second time staying at this complex, since we had such a good time at the last stay. The complex is larger than we like, but the elevators were efficient. The condo itself was great - well appointed and well stocked.

Space and location

Lots of space for a family! Large balcony for coffee in the mornings and dinner at night. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is a great amenity. Could use more attention to detail on cleaning and mattresses as well as more kitchen utensils but over all it’s a great place to stay!

Spacious and lovely condo, this trip was adults only and we really enjoyed the space. Would like to re-visit and wish discount or priority booking was offered to repeat guest.

Everything was awesome except the men at the gates.

We have been coming to Orange Beach for years but this year the guards were too extra. From Pheonix West II all the way to Pheonix VI amd Pheonix VII. Other than that I relaxed and had fun.

The condo is nice. It is time to upgrade the living room furniture though. The sofa and chairs are very "broken in" and need to be updated. Some of my party also complained about the mattress'. It might be time to spend some $$$ and update the beds and furniture.

Perfect for families

Who stayed: 4 adults and 2 toddlers Pros: Agents responded to my messages within hours pre-visit and during visit (Julie). Parking on condo level makes it super easy to load and unload. We never had any issues finding a parking spot right next to the entrance door. The new snack bar was a game-changer! We ate lunch there daily. The unit was super clean and we were even able to get an early check in. Only Con: Elevators are a nightmare around 3:30-4 for check in. Very long waits and they tend to stop on every floor. But, I also feel like this is common at every large condo tower.

Family Vacation at Orange Beach

First, Julia, the property manager was great --spot on with any question I had, prompt, polite, and professional! The property itself is in a beautiful location, and seems to be in the process of rebranding from Phoenix to Oasis. It seems to me that the change will be a positive one. Our condo was 1110, overall very nice, although I feel it could have been cleaner. In short, we would go back to the property again. The entire area was beautiful, with lots of restaurants and things to do! I read where many people complain about the elevators, and yes, at certain times of the day they are very busy, but overall doable most of the time. A big shout out to the beach chair crew from Ike's Rentals. They are such hard workers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West II 1110. The room and property were very nice. This was a great location for a large family holiday. We were excited to use the pool and had a good experience with the pool the first couple of days, but later in our stay the pool became unreasonably cold. We made use of the workout room, but were disappointed in the amount of equipment that was not maintained and did not work. We found a fish hook in the bedding of one of the beds and had internet issues the last day of our stay. While overall, we had an amazing holiday, I did not expect the hiccups from this type of property.

Nice but crowded

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo but complex had too many rooms with a small amount of beach space. Inside parking was great but no ventilation and took minimum of 10 minutes to go down or up. Elevators were never available - waited over 15 minutes one day to go down from floor 11 to main level and finally decided to walk. A lot of money for a week with so many inconveniences within the complex itself. If this is typical of a Phoenix ... we won't stay at a phoenix in the future.

Long needed family beach vacation

We’ve been VRBO travelers for many years so we’re familiar with the process. This was easy as usual. The property manager was prompt in their response to any inquiries we had throughout the rental process and our stay. One thing that disappoints me and cost prohibitive in my opinion is the extra service fee charged(nearly 10% of the total cost) by the rental agent/property manager in addition to taxes, insurance and other service fees. I don’t feel it added any value to the reservation process or any safer or secure as described in the explanation of this service fee. Not sure I’ll continue to use this service in the future or recommend to friends since it doesn’t add value. I’ll likely chose a different service.

Nice stay at Orange Beach

It was nice to park basically right outside of our condo. Kitchen is fully stocked - lots of pots and pans etc. Bed we're comfy. I will say that the heavy duvets are a weird choice for the beach. We ended up having to pull it off half way through the night due to it being so hot. I do which there were a few rugs around the condo, mostly in the bedrooms. Floors could have been cleaner upon check-in (kids had black feet after being there a couple of hours). Good amount of towels and the space around the condo was good. Overall it was a very nice stay. Speaking about the condo in general, the elevators could be a real pain at times. Being on the 11th floor we opted for the stairs much of the time. The area near the pool where beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, toys, floats) can be kept is a real mess. It appeared to me, that these items were abandoned due to be broken, not that they were being stored over night. Would be nice if this area was cleaned up a bit.

Beautiful Huge Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I brought our young granddaughters during spring break and we had the best time. The condo is huge with all the amenities of home. The heated indoor pool saved us during rainy days. The water slide and lazy river were great also. Beds were very cumfy. Security guards are very strict which is a good thing. Lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets. There are zero negative things that I can say about this place. We have stayed in alot of condos and this one was one of the best. We will definitely stay here again.

Could use some TLC

Renting through VRBO was pretty simple and easy! Liked the location! Property needed a bit of updating and kitchen was lacking a few items, measuring spoons and cups, can opener inoperable, etc. Loved, loved, loved the ice maker!! Floors were not as clean as they could have been and washcloths and towels were getting a bit frayed!!

Good Times

The property was awesome and the water was very clean this year. We enjoyed the trip. Only complaint is the prices are getting too high. We are thinking we will try something else next year. The nightly charge is through the roof.

Phoenix II

Beautiful condo and we were very pleased! Only suggestions would be to provide a coffee filter, replace couch, Netflix is available but not installed on main tv. Parking right outside our condo was a huge benefit. The property is beautiful with large, clean common spaces. Major issue was the elevator situation. One suggestion I heard repeatedly would be to have an attendant during peak times. This would keep a full elevator from needlessly stopping at each floor and speed up service. Again, huge benefit to park and unload right outside our condo. People with carts were waiting 45 minutes which was totally unacceptable. That being said, I would certainly stay here again and would gladly recommend.
