THE VIEW
F306 is a lovely penthouse two-level high rise condo that faces south and has two balconies where you can get a bit of everything that North Coast Village has on offer. The first level balcony has wonderful views of the pool and tropical grounds of the complex with ocean views. The upper deck features a wonderful view of the ocean, lounging area and a bar top running the full length of the deck for dining or just chilling

The living room has ample seating for up to 6, with a comfortable sofa sleeper and additional love seat couch. For the occasional cool winter day, or to create ambiance there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment
This condo has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with the master suite including a large walk-in closet, and the other downstairs in the second bedroom.

A large perk of Sea Forever is the walk-up/drive-up accessibility from its location in North Coast Village, which makes it perfect for those with disabilities or who can't do stairs, it also makes it especially convenient for grocery trips, unloading luggage, and dropping off sandy equipment after a beach run. **Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
