Lovely

Such a nice spot to explore Kaui from. Communication with host was easy and supportive. The space was clean, comfortable and Private. It was lovely being right in the water and getting up with the birds! After long days exploring it was nice to have some food options nearby.

Great place to start our trip!

This location was perfect for a late flight arrival, only about 15 min from the airport. The unit itself was cozy but just what we needed to relax for a few days and just chill. The sound of the ocean at night was sooo nice and in the morning, just grab your coffee (bring extra Keurig cups if you need them or buy at Coconut Marketplace next door. Tons of places to eat and drink within a few steps. Until was a bit hard to find in the dark but just park to the right of the office somewhere and take the path past the coffee place straight back to the ocean and you’ll find it. Great place, would definitely stay here again!Mahalo

Wonderful views

This property was very nice, close to restaurants and shopping. If you don't do stairs, this is on the 2nd story and no elevator. The view and sound of the ocean with the balcony was awesome.

Ocean View & Sound of the Waves Against the Shoreline are Spectacular!

The view of the ocean from the veranda and the sound of the waves against the shoreline were one of many magnificent highlights of our stay in Kauai at the Islander on the Beach. The east shore locale, was a perfect midway point to visiting both the north and south shore. Also, just steps to the Coconut Marketplace, it was convenient for shopping and food. Island Market was our favorite for food, drinks and gifts. We celebrated our 25th Anniversary, Aloha Style.

Amazing location!

This is a wonderful property steps from the beach that almost seems private because of it’s low traffic. It’s a minute walk to great restaurants and shops. Super cute inside and everything you need for a great couples getaway!

Couples Vacation

This area was perfect for us as a couple and was much more private than north/south shore. We felt less “touristy” but with plenty of things to do and easy access to north/south shore with a car. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view

We love the convenient location of Islander on the Beach, and the view from 252 was exquisite. We looked straight out at the ocean from the comfy chairs on the lanai, and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The room was well equipped with beach chairs and appliances, and the property manager was very helpful. It was a perfect getaway.

Great Central Location

This was a nice place with a good view! It was also a good location for us as we went out West to Waimea Canyon & were able to visit some beaches out West & up North as well. It's worth knowing that there isn't a stovetop in the room, but there are some grills down by the pool & a microwave in the room for cooking. Overall, this was a good place to stay for exploring Kauai!

Great Location!

This was a great location for touring the island. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and see the ocean, hear the ocean waves. The complex has a very nice pool with tiki bar and grill area; restaurant just a short walk away. Included beach equipment was a plus making beach days more enjoyable. Overall, a great studio rental in a great location. I would definitely stay again!

We loved that the unit was oceanfront and we could watch the sunrise every morning. Wish there was a small dishwasher though so we didn’t have to do everything by hand. But the room was well kept and nicely decorated and very comfortable. Thanks for the chocolates!

Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean!

Our experience here was wonderful! Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean never got old and we slept every night with the door open to hear the waves all night. The location on the east side of the island made it perfect for us to hop around easily to different parts of the island. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the pool but spent one night hanging out in the hot tub and it was great. Definitely would recommend the property in the future

Awesome property!

I had an amazing vacation staying here with my daughter. The unit looked exactly like the pictures on the listing, and the building is right on the beach. It was amazing to sleep with the sounds of the waves and we loved having our morning coffee looking at the ocean. The property is the best of both worlds…you get the perks of a resort (tiki bar, pool, hot tub, nice lobby) while getting the freedom and convenience of a condo. The chairs, sand mats, cooler and umbrella were very nice additions too. Great central location that allowed us to easily explore both the North and South shores of the island. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect honeymoon stay

This was our first time to Kauai and we thought it was a great location! The studio was cute and cozy, we spent most of our down time at the place sitting on the balcony. It had a beautiful view and close walk to the ocean. Beach items, a cooler, and beach towels available. Good restaurants and bars walking distance from the condo. Wish there was more breakfast options to walk at the Coconut Marketplace in the morning but there were a few coffee shops open early. Definitely a place we would love to visit again, thank you!

Very nice place

Very nice place to stay. Awesome view of the ocean. Neatly manicured grounds. Owner provided beach chairs, ice chest, 2 beach towels(might suggest providing 4 would be helpful). Our only downside was that there was construction going on right outside our unit. No fault of owners, but disappointing. Management/owner did credit us one nights fee for inconvenience, which was appreciated.

Very clean with an excellent pool and spa. Only complaints were a fried hair dryer and did not know that we needed a parking hang tag to avoid having our car towed. Luckily, we received a warning first. Get the tag at the Aston desk.

Nice location

Great location, beautiful view. We weren’t aware that VRBO guests are not allowed to use the laundry room which made things a little complicated. The floors were not cleaned or were not vacuumed before mopping as it had long hair strands all over. It definitely could use a better housekeeper or more time for cleaning. The room itself was great, bed was comfortable and you can’t beat it’s location. Overall had a good time and would probably return.
