PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS. Relax by the Gulf in our 2 bed, 2 bath condo just steps away from the beach! Everything you need is here for your stay at "Gulfer's Paradise"

There are 6 pools accessible for guest use including hot tub and indoor pool (heated)! Guests have access to tennis courts, BBQ and picnic areas, and fitness center with sauna.

Bedroom one with king size bed and access to beach view balcony, with private full-sized bathroom. Second bedroom with queen size bed. Living room with queen size sofa bed. Dining table that seats 4. 2 bar seats. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The unit comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens and bath towels. We do not supply beach towels. Keurig and drip coffee maker available for use. BYO coffee. Roku TV in living rooms and bedrooms. Beach chairs, wagon, and tennis racquets available for use.

Togetherness With Personal Space

We LOVED our stay! The view was spectacular from the balcony and the beach is pristine. It was honestly the best experience where a less than enthused teenager didn’t want to leave. So many included amenities and little additions.

Great getaway

I've stayed at multiple units in this building and this was the best unit yet. Very clean , nice decor ,great balcony furniture, great views, good size tvs, all around great unit.

Perfect for our family

We had such a fun trip. This condo is on the smaller side than we usually stay in but the hurricane coming through Florida made us have to find a last minute alternative and I am glad it did. We got settled in after unpacking and I didn’t even think about the size the rest of the stay. No one even said anything about. It is cozy and has everything you need. We took advantage of the wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella. It was perfect weather and I can’t say enough positives about this place. Sunsets are gorgeous from the balcony or the beach here. It was so convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. I highly recommend and the owner is very easy to communicate with. The location is nice and 10/15 mins to town. We will definitely try to make it back in the future.

Family Spring Break

Good communication with owner. Nice, family friendly location. Unit was clean and well maintained. If you want a good unit that is away from the hussle and bustle of the main areas, this is a nice place to go.

Memorial weekend

The property is as promised. Great locations, beach, pool and food options. Condo has everything you need! We had sunshine and great times as a family.

Beautiful property

Loved this condo! It was super clean and had all amenities we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The property is very family friendly. Tabitha the owner was very friendly and responsive. We will be back!

Fantastic!

Our stay was pretty perfect! Our rental was perfect for us. The only thing I wish was that we could have taken advantage of all the amenities but 90% of them were under construction. No fault of our vrbo rentals fault, just kinda stunk. 😔

Great value for a super cute place!

My girls and I stayed for Spring Break and enjoyed the property! The condo is cute and well maintained. The view from the balcony is awesome and they even have beach chairs you can barrow that are kept in the storage unit in the balcony. Another plus is both rooms have box fans-score! The beach is beautiful and feels like your own private oasis. If you don't mind being away from the main attractions, the short drive to Ft Morgan is well worth the savings and perks of this property.
