The property is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. There is quick access to stores, restaurants, and playgrounds, if you bring kids. We needed a larger place as we came to have a celebration of life for my in-laws. The place slept three couples, two adults, and five kids. It could have accommodated a few more, and even then it wouldn't have felt crowded. Jeff communicated well all along. I highly recommend this host and property.

Nice big beds, good layout for adults & kids!

Our girls wrestling team stayed there, perfect arrangement for adults to hang out upstairs and the athletes downstairs. The property was very clean, 5 star towel arrangement (we use a lot of towels and that is typically the problem we run into but no problems here).

Hey Zach - appreciate the great review! We always try to error on the heavy side on towels, this house is so large and holds so many it's easy to get behind. So happy we succeeded in that aspect! Love to host you all again!

It was a wonderful stay. The house was perfect. Enough room for all of us and plenty of towels. The kitchen was perfect and the games downstairs were fun for our teenagers. We appreciated the house being decorated for Christmas. It made it perfect for our family celebration. We will definitely be coming back to rent this home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Well appointed. Had enough beds for everyone! They could use a few more entry mats to avoid tracking in (of course, we were there during Winter Storm Elliott!).

Amazing house. Lots of room. It can handle a lot of people at one time. The pool table is not in great shape, but the kids didn't care. The kitchen area is huge and well shaped. We had a blast doing taco fiestas on two different nights. 4 of us adults were able to work in there at the same time.I recommend.
