The Space:
Main floor living room with smart TV, high speed internet. There is a Study/Bedroom on the main floor as well as a sunroom and washer/dryer along with a half bath. Upstairs features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sauna! The basement includes a bedroom with 3 twin beds, living room with a 65'' smart tv, kids games, 2 queen auto-inflate air mattresses, extra sheets, pack n play, toddler kitchen and toys! The backyard is fully fenced and includes a BBQ grill. The pool is operational from around Memorial Day until mid September, please inquire with further details and questions! Please also read disclosures , pool rules, and waivers. The hot tub is operational year round, please read rules before using!

- Additional street parking is available on a first come, first served basis

Close to Shopping, Restaurants, Grocery, and a great Walking neighborhood as well!

-The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- The owners do the best they can to remove any snow prior to your arrival, but a de-icer and snow shovel are available in the garage should you need
-We recommend keeping the Sauna under level 7 and are NOT responsible for injuries. Level 10 will make the bars on the shelf and the essential oil bottles VERY HOT
-Yard is fully fenced
- Pool gate has been REMOVED owners are NOT responsible or liable for injuries period, including those associated with the pool.
- The pool is open Memorial Day-mid September
- The Grill is a convenience but propane is not guaranteed to always be full. If there is some there, you are free to use it, otherwise please fill your own!
- No lifeguard on duty.
- Guests are to acknowledge the pool and hot tub is used at-own-risk
- Read all pool rules, disclosures, waivers - hosts are not responsible for injuries

Use of the hot-tub requires a few specific rules.
1. No Food or Drink in the Hot tub
2. Shower or rinse off before use
3. Turn off all jets/lights/waterfalls after use and cover!
4. All children must be supervised at ALL times.
5. Use at own risk - owners are not responsible for injuries.
6. If rules are not followed and hot tub is damaged/ unusable after you stay, you will be charged with a 200 dollar water changing fee.
