Vår fjärde våning Gulf View, Poolside Condo har den bästa utsikten över den 6000 kvadratmeter stora lagunpoolen vid High Pointe och viken utanför. I november 2015 blockerade vi hela månaden för att renovera köket, masterbadet, gästbadet, måla om och byta ut fixturer.

Vi blockerade hela november 2015 för att renovera köket (nya skåp, bänkskivor i granit, inventarier och målarfärg) samt 2: a badkar och master badfack, armaturer och bänkskivor.

I maj 2012 spenderade vi $ 60K på en ombyggnad inklusive ny färg, brickor, apparater, inventarier, möbler, madrasser, elektronik, bestick, köksredskap, redskap, fläktar, sängkläder etc. 2013 fortsatte vi uppgraderingarna med en ny King Bed and Chair i Master och mer Kitchen-bestämmelserna.

Smutta ditt morgonkaffe på balkongen när SoWal vaknar och poolen växer till liv. Gå ut till den mjuka vita sanden för en morgonpromenad eller plocka ut ditt paraply och stol för dagen. När lunchtiden närmar sig upp till lägenheten för en smörgås och koppla av på balkongen medan du håller ett öga på barnen som njuter av poolen och vattenfallen.

När dagen värms upp kan du ta en kort promenad till Sugar Shack i Rosemary Beach för en glass eller en halv dag iskaffe. Unna barnen på en leksak på GiGi's. Gå tillbaka till ditt paraply och njut av magiska timmar när solen lyser ovanpå havets vågor. När alla är redo retirera tillbaka till lägenheten för att fräscha upp för kvällen.

Middagsdags. Gå till Wild Olives i Rosemary Beach och njut av en avslappnad middag med ditt favoritvin. När solnedgången närmar sig, gå ner på brädet för en skål till en vacker SoWal-solnedgång. Du har precis upplevt en dag på High Pointe.

Great summer kick off at High Pointe!

Our family had a wonderful time at High Pointe for Memorial Day! It’s a perfect way to kick off the summer together with Crabby Steve’s, the on site pool, and private beach access. We also enjoy being able to walk across the street for ice cream or down the street into Rosemary. This is a very convenient and fun spot. Our host was very easy to communicate with and the unit was exactly as described. It has a truly spectacular view of the pool and ocean.

We had a nice stay at High Pointe. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to Rosemary. We loved the live music across the street and the pool and beach were amazing. Frank was very nice and responded quickly. The size of the condo is nice, beds are comfortable (not the top bunks according to my kids), view is beautiful. However, the condo needs some TLC. It was as pictured, but there were stains on the dining room chairs, bath tub is very old and stained, crumbs in the drawers of the kitchen, dishes need to be updated/replaced, a fishy smell in the refrigerator, and the front windows appear to have had work done on them but not completed. The cleaning crew did an average job. We loved it, but wouldn't stay there again until it was updated or at least taken better care of. If you're a college kid on spring break, this is the place for you. If you are an adult with a family, you expect more for this kind of money.

Amazing view and perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High Pointe. The view from the condo is just amazing! We had no idea how close it is to all of the restaurants and music in Rosemary Beach, but we could not have asked for a better location. The host was very responsive and helpful with any question as well. Overall a great experience!

Clean, quiet and great view

Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again! The condo was perfect! One suggestion is it might be nice to put an indoor lock of some kind on the front door. It was a little disconcerting that my two year old could just turn the handle and leave anytime!

One of the best High Pointe units!

We’ve been visiting High Pointe for at least 10 years and it never disappoints. The views from this unit are amazing. The unit is perfectly appointed and had everything we needed. The property grounds are really well kept…everything was clean especially on such a busy week. Crabby Steve’s was amazing as usual (best crab cakes by far!!). We will 100% stay in this unit again.

Excellent property in a convenient location

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay here. The check-in process had a small hiccup with the door code not working, but a quick phone call and it was sorted out. The unit was clean and furnished well. The master bed was quite comfortable. The view was stellar, and we spent every evening on the patio drinking wine and watching the sunset after the kiddo went to sleep. The location was excellent and just a short walk to restaurants and bars. My only complaint would be the lack of tissue boxes. The oaks are in full pollen season right now, and there was a lot of nose-blowing going on. So Kleenex would have been nice. That is pretty minor, though. I have every intention of staying here again. 10 out of 10.

Host was responsive which was appreciated. Location is excellent and the beach and water were perfect. We did not use the pool. Condo was clean and had a great amount of space, but the listing focuses a lot on updates that were 10 years ago. There were lots of dings and scuffs, kitchen drawer that didn’t close all the way, master bath shower very outdated and looks like there was some work done around a window in the kitchen that was just primed and not finished. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way to helping the condo feel like the listing coveys. We were disappointed in a few things that would be easy fixes - some beach towels for renters to use would be appreciated! A small cooler to be able to use for the beach would be amazing. There was only enough laundry detergent for 2 loads. The value unfortunately wasn’t there - we did not feel like we got what we payed for at 590 per night (family of 4).

6 Star Stay

Loved the property and location. Great view, easy access to beach, Crabby Steves, beach wasn't ever really crowded (especially compared to just down beach), just across from pedlers, and short walk to rosemary shops/restaurants. Also, Frank was super responsive. What's not to love!

First off, the outside property was being renovated. Our condo windows were taped off and equipment was noisy our whole stay. We felt like that should have been told to us before booking. The condo itself was not clean. Sand was everywhere, dirty dishes and dirty bathrooms. Not pleased with the overall stay.

Ideal Location and Property

This property is an ideal location! Loved that bikes could be rented on property, having Crabby Steve's on site, and the beach chairs - it was heavenly not to have to drag something to the beach each day. The resort had quite a bit of construction going on - updates and maintenance and I get this needs to happen. But it was dusty and loud during the day. In addition, the pump in the pool closed on our second to last day. Again, this happens but a bummer the entire pool area was closed. Owner was extremely responsive and attentive. Would recommend for a family stay. But these wrist bands are no joke! Figure out a solution so your family can keep track of them.

After our 1st trip in 2002 to High Pointe we were hooked and knew it was the right place for us and our young family. I am a Realtor in Chattanooga, TN where we live and raise our two boys. Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose unit 423 at High Pointe because of it's location in the complex, view over the pool and Gulf beyond. My wife's favorite place in our condo is the balcony where she can sip coffee or a cool drink and still keep an eye on the kids as they play in the 6,000 square foot Lagoon Pool. We are also just a short stroll to the beach walkover and steps to Rosemary Beach and all it has to offer. You can literally park your car for days at a time.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Another great benefit of unit 423 is the ability to hear and see the lighted, interactive, musical fountain at Seacrest Village from our front door. Kids and adults both enjoy playing in this interactive water feature. We are also ideally located close to the tennis courts and shuffle board court and the kids playground. Just outside of the gated entrance and across 30A is Wild Olives and the Summer Kitchen. Both are awesome choices for casual dining.
