Stränderna i Seacrest är lika vackra som någonsin. Allt är fantastiskt! Kom och njut av den enorma lagunpoolen med vattenfall, tennis, de underbara shopping och restauranger och alla andra bekvämligheter som detta vackra område har att erbjuda!

High Pointe är en vacker gated community på havssidan av Florida Highway 30A. Våra två sovrum har utsikt över den underbara enorma tropiska lagunpoolen, komplett med vattenfall och rymligt poolområde. Det finns också en barnpool och en bubbelpool bredvid poolen, lera tennisbanor på plats, en lekplats för barn, golfbur / nät och till och med en shuffleboard-bana. High Pointe är också hem för Crabby Steve's, en bar och grill som har utsikt över stranden och havet - det perfekta stället för lunch eller en kall dryck du väljer efter en dag på stranden. Bästa stället att titta på solnedgången i området!

Vår enhet har två sovrum med en king size-säng i master och två full size-sängar i gäst sovrummet. Enheten har också två fulla bad, 52 tums platt-tv och DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet, platt-tv i båda sovrummen, DVD i det andra sovrummet för barnen, och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. GRATIS höghastighets trådlöst internet tillhandahålls. Balkongen har fantastisk utsikt över poolen och du kan se havet medan du smutar på morgonkaffe och njuter av den friska havsluften. Våra hyror levereras med en strand upprättad per dag - två stolar / ett paraply / litet bord som tillhandahålls av strandtjänsten på plats! (1 mars - 31 oktober).

High Pointe ligger precis mellan Rosemary Beach och Alys Beach - du kan gå till affärer och restauranger, hyra cyklar, njuta av en konst och hantverkshow eller till och med levande musik! Tvärs över gatan är Village of South Walton med flera fantastiska restauranger, andra butiker och till och med glass. Du behöver inte ens komma in i din bil.

Det finns många golfbanor i området, djuphavsfiske och många andra aktiviteter i närheten. Det populära Pier Park-området i Panama City Beach ligger bara en kort bilresa österut.

Great location!

We would definitely stay here again. The property was fantastic with a nice pool, easy access to the beach and crabby steve's on site for drinks/food. Great walkability to shops and restaurants! Beds were also very comfortable.

Perfect Location - Great Condo

Wonderful stay in the Rosemary/Seacrest Area

Great condo

Great location, within short walking distance of everything in Rosemary. The beach at the property was not as crowded as neighboring properties, which was nice. The large pool was great too for days when the ocean was rough.This condo was perfect for our family!

Excellent condo for our family with 3 teenagers. Easy access to pool, beach and restaurants. Host is very responsive and condo is as advertised. This was our 3rd trip to Seacrest and would stay at this condo again.

Wonderful property!

The condo and property were beautiful. Ocean currents kept us out of water, but the beautiful and spacious pool kept us playing in the sunshine! Hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful! I would definitely go again!

Perfect location

Great spring break stay w my two boys (4 & 6) and husband. Can’t beat the beach access. The condo was better than the pictures posted - I think the primary bath has been updated since. Just wish the pool was heated and that the tennis courts weren’t under construction.

Great condo and location!

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay at Brad's place. You can't beat the location of the condo- we walked everywhere the entire week- from shopping to meals. The beach was a short walk and having chairs included was a game changer! The pool was lovely, wish it would have been heated, but understood that is not done at the property. We ate out most meals, but kitchen items were adequate to cook- but no spices or seasoning so pack them if you plan to cook. We would highly recommend this condo and come back again!

Great first trip to the area!

We had a great 5 night stay here! The owner promptly answered any questions I had and was easy to work with. The condo was clean, well maintained and very spacious, just as the pictures showed. Our view from our balcony was amazing - overlooked the beautiful pool with the Gulf in the background. The unit was located towards the front of the complex which was perfect as we were very close to the shopping area/restaurants across the street. We've already recommended the place to our friends and family and we can't wait to go back ourselves!

Repeat Stay Location

Our family had a great time at this location. The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated and had every amenity you could need. I baked cookies, pie and a cake during the week and found everything I needed to bake. The master bedroom is huge with a huge walk in closet. The second bedroom had two double beds with a connecting bath. It was perfect for our family of 3, but could easily and comfortably accommodate more. The location is an easy walk to Rosemary shops, restaurants, the pool and the beach. I will look to rent this place again.

Perfect fall trip

We had to reschedule the trip we originally planned for the spring due to the pandemic. Brad was a great communicator and very accommodating. We ended up going in November and everything was amazing. The resort was spacious and clean, and the other guests were extremely respectful. The condo was in great shape and perfect for our family (two parents, toddler and infant). We were within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. We’ve stayed at other condos along 30A, but I think we’ve finally found the place we will continue to come back to!

Condo was amazing, view is better than pictured, everything was great!

Everything about this condo was great. It's very well stocked with everything you need. The view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony is great. The only drawback (not the owner's fault) was that February is construction season in the area and they were putting a new roof on the building right next door. So every morning began with "beep beep beep"at about 8:00 am. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Unit 222 is great is all respects!

We stayed at this condo with our two children and a grandparent. There was plenty of sleeping room and living room for all of us. The property is incredibly well-stocked (including some beach chairs under the master bed), and also comes with two rental chairs and an umbrella that are set up each day by the beach vendor. It was very clean and has been updated. The location can’t be beat. We love to walk to Rosemary Beach and the area across the street, where there are restaurants, donuts, ice cream and candy, and live music. Crabby Steve’s between the condo buildings and the beach access is a very convenient spot for a quick lunch or dinner.

Great Condo for our Mother-Daughter Getaway

We had a great stay in this condo (Unit #222) in High Pointe. We came for the Half Marathon in Seaside, but we prefer to stay in this beautiful and favorite area of 30-A. This resort is perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys beaches, making it convenient to all of the shopping and great restaurants, within walking distance. Even though the temps were cool last weekend, we enjoyed walking along the sidewalks for miles and on the beach, and laying by the pool. The condo was clean and well-appointed and met all of our needs. We really liked that the second bedroom had two beds instead of bunk beds, as is often typical in rentals. This was my third stay in High Pointe and have another stay booked in June. We love this resort!!

This was our first time staying on the beaches of 30A but I'm confident we stayed at the best location along the coast. Brad's condo is perfectly situated - no streets to cross to get to pool or beach. The condo itself was fantastic for our family of 4 - clean, comfortable, great balcony with water views. The pool is amazing - very family friendly. The included beach set-up was top-notch. Walking up/down the shore you don't need to be a 30A expert to realize how fortunate High Pointe owners/guests are to have access to their pristine private beach - much more spacious than many areas. Brad, the owner, was very easy to work with - responsive, gave clear instructions and was accommodating. Overall, it was an amazing vacation. I feel we will be returning for years to come. Thanks Brad for your wonderful hospitality!

We previously owned property in the area and had been visiting the area for many years. When High Pointe was being constructed, we decided that this was the place we wanted to own and where we wanted to spend our vacations. We are the original owners of our unit and have owned it since 1997. We could not be more satisfied with the condo, the property, and the area.

High Pointe has one of the largest private beaches in the area to make for the best experience. High Pointe is also home to Crabby Steve's, the only beachfront bar and restaurant in the area. In addition, High Pointe has recently added 4 pickle ball courts, one of the very few properties in the area to have this amenity.
