High Pointe Àr en vacker gated community pÄ havssidan av Florida Highway 30A. VÄra tvÄ sovrum har utsikt över den underbara enorma tropiska lagunpoolen, komplett med vattenfall och rymligt poolomrÄde. Det finns ocksÄ en barnpool och en bubbelpool bredvid poolen, lera tennisbanor pÄ plats, en lekplats för barn, golfbur / nÀt och till och med en shuffleboard-bana. High Pointe Àr ocksÄ hem för Crabby Steve's, en bar och grill som har utsikt över stranden och havet - det perfekta stÀllet för lunch eller en kall dryck du vÀljer efter en dag pÄ stranden. BÀsta stÀllet att titta pÄ solnedgÄngen i omrÄdet!

VÄr enhet har tvÄ sovrum med en king size-sÀng i master och tvÄ full size-sÀngar i gÀst sovrummet. Enheten har ocksÄ tvÄ fulla bad, 52 tums platt-tv och DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet, platt-tv i bÄda sovrummen, DVD i det andra sovrummet för barnen, och en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. GRATIS höghastighets trÄdlöst internet tillhandahÄlls. Balkongen har fantastisk utsikt över poolen och du kan se havet medan du smutar pÄ morgonkaffe och njuter av den friska havsluften. VÄra hyror levereras med en strand upprÀttad per dag - tvÄ stolar / ett paraply / litet bord som tillhandahÄlls av strandtjÀnsten pÄ plats! (1 mars - 31 oktober).

High Pointe ligger precis mellan Rosemary Beach och Alys Beach - du kan gÄ till affÀrer och restauranger, hyra cyklar, njuta av en konst och hantverkshow eller till och med levande musik! TvÀrs över gatan Àr Village of South Walton med flera fantastiska restauranger, andra butiker och till och med glass. Du behöver inte ens komma in i din bil.

Det finns mÄnga golfbanor i omrÄdet, djuphavsfiske och mÄnga andra aktiviteter i nÀrheten. Det populÀra Pier Park-omrÄdet i Panama City Beach ligger bara en kort bilresa österut.

This is a great condo for a family vacation. Perfect location - I think this is the best location on 30a! Access to amazing pool, beach access, on-site bar and grill, pickleball courts, bike rentals all without leaving property. Just across the street is Peddlers Pavilion with live music, food, drinks, ice cream and shopping. It’s a short walk to many restaurants, shops etc. Great Condo - Nicely updated, great balcony, very clean, no cumbersome checkout procedures, comes with umbrella/chairs set up on the beach (can’t say that for all rentals most are an extra charge).Great Host - Communication was great, provided an email a few days before arrival that will answer just about all the questions you have on your head. Responded promptly to any emails or texts. We’ll be back!

Great beach vacation

The Rosemary Beach area is a great family vacation spot. Very clean, great shops and restaurants, sidewalks for easy walking access to all, nightly live music in a public space, and more. It has a community feel v. touristy (though it is all vacationers) - no neon signs, water parks, etc. (but they are just down the highway if you want them). The property was great with a nice pool, Crabby Steve's for a quick meal or drink, and, of course, easy access to a private beach. Was a great vacation!

The beach was great and not as crowded as surrounding beaches. Pool was beautiful and perfectly maintained. Entire complex was well kept. The wristband policy was annoying but I understand the need for it. They really should have smaller sizes for kids. Crabby Steve’s was extremely convenient and served up great drinks!

Great location!

We would definitely stay here again. The property was fantastic with a nice pool, easy access to the beach and crabby steve's on site for drinks/food. Great walkability to shops and restaurants! Beds were also very comfortable.

Great location, within short walking distance of everything in Rosemary. The beach at the property was not as crowded as neighboring properties, which was nice. The large pool was great too for days when the ocean was rough.This condo was perfect for our family!

Great condo and location!

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay at Brad's place. You can't beat the location of the condo- we walked everywhere the entire week- from shopping to meals. The beach was a short walk and having chairs included was a game changer! The pool was lovely, wish it would have been heated, but understood that is not done at the property. We ate out most meals, but kitchen items were adequate to cook- but no spices or seasoning so pack them if you plan to cook. We would highly recommend this condo and come back again!

Wonderful property!

The condo and property were beautiful. Ocean currents kept us out of water, but the beautiful and spacious pool kept us playing in the sunshine! Hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful! I would definitely go again!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We previously owned property in the area and had been visiting the area for many years. When High Pointe was being constructed, we decided that this was the place we wanted to own and where we wanted to spend our vacations. We are the original owners of our unit and have owned it since 1997. We could not be more satisfied with the condo, the property, and the area.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

High Pointe has one of the largest private beaches in the area to make for the best experience. High Pointe is also home to Crabby Steve's, the only beachfront bar and restaurant in the area. In addition, High Pointe has recently added 4 pickle ball courts, one of the very few properties in the area to have this amenity.
