Great Gulf View....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nargiz sits right on the beach and there is a great view through the nine-window wall across the living room and kitchen. The house is more spacious than it appears from the outside. We appreciated the ample closet space and chests of drawers. Awesome kitchen with open concept to living room and dining area. More wildlife viewing here than closer to town where we have stayed before. The multi-level deck on the Gulf side required extra caution to avoid a fall. All levels are painted the same gray color, giving the illusion it was all one level.

Family Field trip

Everything was clean and just like the pictures showed. The walk to the beach was short which made taking chairs and other things to the beach very easy. This trip was our girls favorite “field trip” we have taken.

View was amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean with an amazing view both inside and outside. Deck furniture was fine for a woman but not the weight of a man so my hubby didn’t sit on the deck. Instead, he took the beach chairs we brought with us to the surf. The open floor, huge tv and very comfortable sectionals made for very nice movie nights when the sun went down. Of the 3 of us staying at the rental, 2 worked virtually and the WiFi was marginal—if it worked at all. I could recommend this property if the WiFi wasn’t important.

Perfect Week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures do not do justice for how beautiful this house and location are.. It is a great location! The home was SO clean when we arrived! We enjoyed the views out every window! Spent evenings on the screened porch. The only thing I would say is that the Master bedroom is a little warm and the master bath can be very warm... I had a little fan I used in bathroom when I needed it and beside my bed at night. I can’t say enough good things about this house! I want to live there all the time! Haha! Hope to return asap!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation in the Nargiz. The beachfront location was fantastic! The house was very clean. Most of the furniture and rugs seemed to be new. The kitchen was very nice and stocked with all the dishes you would need. It is an older house but it has been well maintained and updated. We really enjoyed our stay!!The only problems were some of the blinds needed to be repaired but we asked they do it after we left - which I assume they did. Suncoast was easy to work with.

We have been coming to the island for 25 years and still can't get enough of it! This property is what you pay for, it is in the perfect location with a couple issues here and there. The main issue we had was the mold from the air conditioner unit and the mold in the bathrooms, the bathrooms have poor ventilation so there are to be spots here and there, but the mold in the AC unit was quite excessive, by the end of the trip we were all feeling quite sick out of nowhere. Otherwise the stay was great and the location is truly hard to pass up.

Excellent Property for a small family right on the beach!

Panoramic view of the beach and the gulf from the windows sweeping from the kitchen/dining area through the living room and the screened-porch (with master-bedroom behind it). Open floor plan made visiting with each other fun and easy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. Nicely decorated with beach pictures. Nice deck to sun yourself and a beautiful beach to walk and find shells. Check-in process was quick and easy. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Great house and location. Super relaxing.

We were really pleased with this property. It’s a great house directly on the beach. Great back deck with chairs to enjoy the sun. Down the steps from the back deck, It’s only about 50 yards to the water. Wonderful for those who like to be in a less crowded beach. Great family time.

We always enjoy our trips to St. George Island!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a smaller place to stay for just the 2 of us and the Nargiz fit the bill perfectly. Plenty of room, large kitchen, lots of windows looking out the beach & Gulf and so close to beach. It was perfect and we loved it. No issues during our stay except for the grill that was rusted through & basically fell apart shortly after we finished using it. We notified the rental company and they said they would get it taken care of. All in all, a great location & place to stay for 2-6 people.

Great Location in St George

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week in St George. While the condition of the house is a little lacking in maintenance, the location is wonderful with a great view overlooking the beach. The interior furniture was satisfactory, but the house could use a good solid dose of maintenance. The outdoor furniture situation was disappointing with several broken chaise lounges, and the outfitting of the kitchen was generally sad. However, the house in general is very pleasant. Nothing that a reasonable maintenance plan could not bring up to standard very promptly.
