Description:
Experience the breathtaking sights and soothing sounds of the emerald blue ocean from the comfort of this charming studio. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by panoramic ocean views, available around the clock, from the comfortable king bed to the well-appointed kitchen complete with a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pots. dishwasher, and front-load washer/dryer.
Convenient beach access allows you to stroll directly onto the sand, and when you return, several shower stations are available.
Majestic is in the central part of PCB, which is perfect for exploring attractions and dining options from east to west. Within a mile, you'll find Ripley’s Believe It or Not, WonderWorks, mini-golf courses, and a zoo where you can feed giraffes. There are plenty of dining choices nearby, including bakeries, diners, pizza places, Waffle House, Applebee’s, and fine dining. For shopping, there are beach and surf shops, Walmart, and Publix a short distance away. Pier Park is just a ten-minute drive, offering shops, restaurants, and great views from the Skywheel Ferris Wheel. Plus, it's convenient for airport travel.

Great Views! Beautiful, Clean Unit

We loved our stay at Veronica’s place. Her communication was excellent, unit was clean and well equipped. The amenities in the building are amazing. And the view from our balcony…priceless! Great value for the price.

Fabulous getaway!

Great condo! Perfect for a couple looking to get away. Absolutely fantastic location on the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Gorgeous views of the beach! Probably one of the best things about the property was there was never any waiting for the elevators. In addition, the elevators seemed super fast.

Cute condo

The view was amazing and the condo was clean. It’s perfect for one or two adults and 2 small children. Beach and pool were convenient and host was very reaponsive.

Clean, Comfortable, Great view!

Outstanding crystal clear communication from the owner. We had no stresses checking in and went straight to enjoying ourselves. Location was amazing and convenient. We loved the time on the beach with multiple access points from the building. Parking was a breeze and our cars kept cool in the parking deck. The grounds and room was very clean. The balcony had an amazing table and chairs where we played cards and listened to the waves in the evening. We will be staying again! Thabk you!

Spectacular Studio and View

So many delights with this studio unit...light switch labels, power strips for recharging electronics, hanging pegs everywhere, vacuum for the sand that tracks in, washer and dryer, extra large shower stall, pool towels, double drapes for sun blocking and sun filtering, and lots of storage room for our suitcases. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessities for cooking. The owners were always in touch with us quickly when we had an issue with the tv remote and the kitchen faucet, that they fixed asap. We loved our view and the sound of the surf.

The room & location are both great. Clean, well put together, and a beautiful view of the beach. We really enjoyed our stay, and Veronica was also easy to communicate with throughout the entire booking process & throughout our stay. We’ll be booking again in the future with her.

Budget friendly/great location

We had an overall great time on our vacation. The ease of communication with Veronica was a great help! She would update you on things as they happened before and during our stay. The room is easy to get to and convenient to both the parking garage and beach. We would often take the stairs, although the elevators worked better than most high rise condo buildings in PCB that we’ve been to. The facilities are kept in great condition, and there is a constant sense of security on the property. The weather wasn’t great so we utilized the heated indoor pool a lot. The room was perfect for our family of four, especially a couple with two small kids. There is a lot of balcony furniture to utilize, which is something we usually don’t see in these type of condos. The kitchen is large for the overall space and having a washer and dryer was a plus. There are a couple of little updates and repairs that could be made, but those are very minor. We love PCB and can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect beach location

Wow! This rental has the most amazing location, nestled on the third floor, just steps to the beach! Don’t let the word STUDIO fool you into thinking this room won’t fit your family/group. I was amazed at the size of the room and my family of four never felt on top of each other. The closet area is a big help in stowing luggage or beach gear. The kitchen area has so much counter space. We absolutely love the Majestic Towers’ amenities and location. Veronica, the host, is super easy to work with. We had a flawless check in and we were on the beach within the hour of our arrival. We can’t wait to return!

Comfortable stay with a beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment; the whole complex was family-oriented, safe, and clean. The check-in/check-out was very fast and convenient. The beach was wonderful, with enough space for everyone to set up seats, blankets, and umbrellas, and the water was beautiful and so clean. The best for my daughter was crab-catching with flashlights at night with other kids from the complex. The apartment itself was wonderful. We had everything we needed for a family of 4. The size was just right and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool or pot I needed. The king-size bed was softer than what I am used to, but it is a matter of everyone's preference. Kids loved their little space with bunk beds. I loved waking up to this beautiful ocean view and the dolphins that I could see from the bed on some days. Nights on the balcony felt very relaxing with the sound of the ocean and watching nightlife activity on the beach. Our host, Veronica, was outstanding, she replied to every email in a matter of a few minutes and was very concerned if all was the way we liked it. She even asked at the end for recommendations on what else would be good to have in the apartment for future guests. Panama City Beach has a lot to offer from nice restaurants to different attractions. It was a nice stay, and we would love to be back and book with Veronica again. Thank you again, Veronica!!

The property was very clean, easy access, great communication with the owner. The view was gorgeous, it was close to everything. The grounds were also spotless. The staff were extremely nice and friendly just a great experience all around. Will definitely be back!

Stay at Majestic!

This condo is the perfect place for a getaway. The beach access is amazing. The environment of the pool area was also wonderful! The only thing that threw us off was the double door access. However, that’s not an issue at all. We never passed the neighbors coming and going. The host is very attentive and makes sure the stay is wonderful. We only got to stay one night because it was a mini extension to our vacation with family, but it is perfect for two people! Very spacious and an absolutely beautiful view! We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Family Condo!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and being on the 3rd floor made unloading/loading and beachgoing so easy. The only small downside (at no fault of the owner) is the shared entryway with the neighboring condo. There is very little sound proofing so this can be annoying if people are coming and going late at night. Once they go into their condo, you can't hear your neighbors at all.

PCB Getaway

This condo was 5 stars all the way. It was by far, the cleanest condo we had ever stayed in. There was plenty of room for me, my husband and 7 year old daughter. I feel like the owner really went above and beyond to ensure her guests have the perfect vacation. The location was excellent, no long elevator lines and very easy access to the beach and pools. We will definitely be staying here again!

Love it! Our forever vacation home

We had a great time, the room had everything we needed. It’s right on the beach , all access points were easy to find, parking was easy and elevators were not to crowded. The room was beautiful and spacious. The property owner stayed in contact with me and answered all my questions honestly and in quickly. We will be coming back and using this property everytime we vacation in PCB!

We came to this area in 2021 first to Mexico Beach and then to Panama City Beach . It is only 5 hours drive from Atlanta, which is our permanent home. We come often to enjoy the area and personally maintain our condo in Majestic PCB and townhome in Mexico Beach. We respect and value our housekeepers, who our main partners in handling our properties.

We love the size of the city. It is big enough to have plenty of nice restaurants, entertainment, airport, and shopping. At the same time, it is a smaller city with a simpler lifestyle - comfortable living.

The color of the water in Panama City Beach is amazing. We could not say no to this area.
