Sip evening cocktails on your water-view, wraparound balcony, perfect for stunning sunsets. Or kick back inside in front of the TV. Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of appliances and ample countertop space. Dine together at the adjacent table, or eat alfresco on the balcony.

Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, youâll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
Our building needs repair to correct the effects of water migration
into the concrete walls, balconies, and walkways throughout the building. These repairs are necessary for the health of the building. Coastal Contractors will begin to mobilize in early September and move through each stack until the project is complete. This is estimated to take 4-5 months. While work is being completed on each stack, those units will be closed down and not accessible. Expect long periods of noise (jackhammers, saws, hand tools) that will vibrate through the building. Authorized working hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. Safety barriers will be placed at the bottom of each stack while being worked on. During this time the outdoor and kiddie pool will be closed. The indoor "heated" pool will remain open and all guests can use the outdoor pools at Phoenix 1, 2 or 4.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 14.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
