With views of Punta Mita's golf course and peeks at the ocean this condo and its décor will put you into vacation mode. This condo features two spacious Master Bedroom suites, a small room with a bunk bed and a full bath - perfect for children, a nanny or unexpected guests. This Condo accommodates up to 6 guests per stay. With a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, tastefully furnished and decorated spaces, open terraces with terrace bar, daily maid service except Sundays, and a large onsite pool, Las Terrazas is the best way to vacation with your family and loved ones!

CONDO DETAILS: This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 Master suites (one with 1 king bed, one with 2 queen beds), 1 small room with bunk-bed (perfect for kids with AC), 3 full baths and 1 powder room; A/C, WIFI, Smart TV, Terraces with outdoor dining and siting areas, 2 onsite pools connected by a 160-meter-long swimming canal, daily clean service except Sundays, is also provided during your stay. The 2nd Master has a bathtub as well, great for kids. Kindly include the total number of guests for your stay, including children and babies, as the rental cost may vary based on occupancy.

SPORT MEMBERSHIP GUEST PRIVILEGES are included with the unit which includes guest access to Kupuri Beach Club, Residents Beach Club, St. Regis Beach Club (subject to capacity and min. consumption), and Tennis & Fitness Center (Guest Fee Required to use Tennis or Fitness Center). THERE IS NO GOLF ACCESS WITH THIS MEMBERSHIP: Las Terrazas is a boutique 27-unit complex that sits on the 14th fairway of Signature Jack Nicklaus Pacífico Golf Course with views towards the Bay, Pacific and Golf Courses. We are a short walk or golf cart ride from the Residents, St. Regis, and Kupuri Beach Clubs, Tennis and Golf Club.

GETTING AROUND: We recommend either renting a car at the airport if you plan to travel outside of Punta Mita or just arrange for an airport transfer to Punta Mita. Once in Punta Mita we recommend you to use a golf cart, we can arrange that for you as well. Lots of restaurants and activities can be reached via golf cart. Our property manager will contact you after booking to help you arrange all these details. Other things to note: Punta Mita is a private gated community.

Great stay

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at Las Terrazas -always great value compared to some other areas inside the gates. The apartments are nice and having a golf cart and membership in the beach clubs and gym is really important to enjoy the stay. All in all a great 4 days!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo in Punta Mita. The value for what we received was fantastic. The concierge service was top notch and all of the professionals that helped us were wonderful. Food was incredible everywhere as well!

Peaceful Retreat

This is a beautiful, quiet location overlooking the heated pool and water and palm trees on the golf course. The condo provided comfortable living spaces both inside and outside on the spacious patios. It was perfectly located for strolls on the walking paths or quick golf cart (rented separately) trips into town for meals and supplies and to the beach clubs. There is a nice kitchen for preparing basic meals.The staff responded quickly to questions and requests. I would happily stay here again.

Not Up To Par

We were disappointed in the care of this property, which needed a fair amount of work. We got stuck in the elevator for almost 1/2 hour with no one answering our efforts for rescue. The cabinetry and furniture were in bad need of a handyman. Further problematic, the on-property “concierge” was often unresponsive. The golf cart light switch broke off, which resulted in no lights. I cannot recommend this place to others, particularly given the high price tag.

The resort area of Punta Mita far exceeded our expectations . It was our first trip to Mexico and we would definitely go back. Christina was an excellent hostess and she was able to help us with whatever we needed.

beautiful condo and great value

Las terrazas has beautiful views of the Punta Mita golf course. It is incredibly clean and well maintained. Cristina the property manager is OUTSTANDING ! Recommend highly !
