Great location.

Great location, and the building is newer, however only one of the two elevators worked and it was terribly slow. The unit is much smaller than it looks in the pictures, and the two bunks pictured are for teenagers not adults, so that leaves one bed in the bedroom. For a couple it great, but no more than that.

The place was relatively clean in a nice building, but could have been better. Has to ask them for the wifi which was slow.

Did the job but not the best

You get new building codes every day with a code for the building, your room, patio, gym, stairs etc. Hard to make sure everyone had a current copy of all codes in our party. From what we understood from the listing, one car would be included with additional paid parking. This turned out to not be true - $25/night discounted or $50/night normally. When I talked to the local property manager, he was very rude about clarifying parking wasn’t included. “Can’t you read? It doesn’t say free”. Wow. Other than that it did the job for 6 of us staying but it was tight. Towels were not in the bathroom but on the beds and it made it hard to track down towels for those that slept on the pullout bed. Towels were like sandpaper (way worse than a cheap motel). Walls were pretty thin, could hear neighbors, lots of highway traffic noise as well. It was close by to anything you’d want to see either by walking or a short ride share. Saturday at 730am we were woken up by a deafening fire alarm. Whole building evacuated. While not the property’s fault it was what we experienced. There was also a broken toilet on the shared patio with pee and who knows what in it. Lots of empty beer cans and trash. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Feels like home

Beautiful, clean, and all we needed. Location was great and within walking distance from downtown, the Gulch and even 12th South if you are a walker. We did ask around for the safest route downtown and we’re told to take 2nd. We were also told maybe not to walk back after dark. It was just me and my 21 year old daughter so we were just extra cautious. We did venture back to the unit early evening and never felt unsafe. What a great place to stay and a fun city to visit. We used the gym daily even though we averaged walking 10 miles per day. If I had to find one thing that was not perfect it was the highway noise. We live in a small town so just are not used to it. Not a dealbreaker!!
