Elegant Oceanfront Hideaway!

Beautifully decorated two bed, two bath, 15th floor beachfront unit in the Atlantis condominium at 10300 Coastal Hwy. Takes exactly 32 seconds to walk from the elevators to the beach :-) Every detail - incredibly comfortable beds and furniture, modern, spacious kitchen with huge concrete countertop, three TVs, Wifi, full size washer/dryer and a huge pool. The entire front of the condo has large windows that open and overlook the beach. You will hear seagulls and waves; you will not hear traffic or neighbors. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun rise from your front window bar and watch it set over the bay from your rear window. North OC is a fairly quiet area where you can still walk to almost anything you'd like to do. Kids are very welcome! Check out our similar unit in the same building - VRBO #2241879.

Clean. Modern. Stocked. And talk about the VIEWS!

What a gem. Walking through the door of this condo was a breath of fresh air! All at once, you can see that it’s extremely clean, updated and offers stunning views! Even the hallway from the elevator offers stunning bay views! Lovely well-stocked kitchen; Substantial, comfortable furniture; Extra everything so you really just need to show up and enjoy! The 2 full bathrooms are updated for both practicality and beauty, & talk about clean! There is a lovely sunroom, bonus area. (We preferred this with opened windows instead of a balcony at this level, especially, but is worth noting if a balcony is desired.) The primary BR is huge. Extra everything, comfortable beds. The owners have even supplied earplugs in case for any reason the incredible sound of crashing waves is too loud. This is a thought-out, intentionally welcoming, little slice of paradise! The beach is STEPS away. Perfection. The pool was just wonderful. Adult swim the first hour of the day. Plenty of chairs in great condition. Communication with the owners was fast and friendly! Parking- 60 for your entire stay. Or you can park in free municipal parking across the street and down a half a block. Michelle oversees the daily property management and may be the one you see in the office as you arrive. She was helpful and funny. She explained that there is someone there 24 hours a day including a security guard, who we also met. We felt safe and secure. We would love to stay again! 10/10!

Great condo!

Really nice beach condo, great ocean views. Easy access, parking, and communications with host were easy and thorough. Only downside was it is a bit far away from the Boardwalk, and there isn't much walkable in terms of food or shopping. Overall, highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo with Everything You Need

The condo was very well appointed and comfortable, with beautiful views. The host was very nice and accommodating. We had everything we needed, and then some. Would definitely stay here again, if we come back to Ocean City.

Close getaway with great view

Very clean and up to date furnishings throughout. As advertised. Owner kept me informed on what to expect and this was a very hassle free experience. Thank you Steve ! I live locally and stay in OC for golf tournament every year during this week. Saves half hour drive in morning. This was perfect place.

10/10! Great place for our midweek stay! From check-in to leaving, everything worked. Nice set-up in the condo with terrific views. Got to watch the waves whenever I wanted, and some amazing sunsets, too. Early March was quiet; just fine for us.

Amazing views!

Our stay was fantastic. The view was incredible. Bed was comfortable. Host was very communicative, allowing us a little extra time on check out. A note to bring coffee or tea with would be helpful in the listing, but I know it’s not always a guarantee. It was a minor inconvenience and our stay was incredible regardless. Win for uber delivery to run us some Starbucks for a few dollars extra. Worth it! Very close to everything. Definitely recommend this host!!!

Hi! We're an empty-nester couple living near Baltimore. Karyn's a psychologist working with developmentally disabled adults and I'm a government scientist. We re-discovered the beauty of OC during the early days of the pandemic. It was a place we could get to easily when travel was difficult and we enjoyed it so much we looked around for a place to buy. We still love it just as much and are happy to share our place with you.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Location, location, location! You can watch the sunrise over the ocean from one window and watch sunset over the bay from the other side. Plus it is *extremely* nicely furnished. Most of the furniture was *handmade* by the former owner, who also poured the concrete countertop himself. I can't take credit for any of it but it is really nice :-)

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Sleeps five comfortably (all in real beds, not sofas). Large, modern kitchen, windowfront bar overlooking the beach, tile baths. Beachfront, in as enjoyable an area as you're likely to find along the Delaware and Maryland beaches. Very walk-able; we almost never drive when we're there. Awesome biking, too! We love it and are pretty sure you will too.
