We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Three bedrooms are designed to give you restful privacy after busy days. The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, boho chair, massage recliner, and a large TV, creating a space where you can unwind in solitude. Another upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, generous storage, and thoughtful furnishings. Downstairs, the third bedroom offers another queen bed with all the essentials for a comfortable night’s sleep. Each room is outfitted with blackout curtains and memory foam mattresses to ensure deep rest.

Spread across 1,350 square feet, the duplex suite offers space for everyone to relax. The main living area is bright and open, with cozy seating and a 65-inch Smart TV ready for streaming your favorite shows. Downstairs, a second lounge space extends the gathering areas, perfect for board games or a quiet evening in.

The updated kitchen is fully stocked with quality appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Bathrooms & essentials
Two full bathrooms provide convenience for your group, each with a shower and tub combination, hotel-grade towels, and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The downstairs bathroom also includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh clothes during longer stays.

Kindly note that this property is one unit of a side-by-side duplex. Each unit has its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
