Oceanfront 3 bedroom Luxury Condo!

Beautiful new condo on the best beach in Rocky Point. Part of the Playa Azul resort with all the amenities, our place will provide all the comfort for a perfect vacation. The Complex has a very large hot tub, two Pools, Water Slides, Palapas and a walkway to the ocean.

This 2.5 bedroom 2 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. Condo features a King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 full size beds in second room, and a full/twin bunk bed in half bedroom. Master bedroom and living room have access to the large patio with amazing ocean view. There are two full bathrooms one with a walk in shower and the other one with a walk in shower adn a tub. Large separate walk in laundry room with full size laundry facilities.The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a fridge with icemaker and reverse osmosis and Granite counter tops. There is an on site restaurant and fun for the entire family. From the heated kids pool with water slides, to beach volleyball, a main pool with swim up bar and a pristine beach, this place has it all.
You are staying in the 1st phase of the resort. The 2nd phase of the resort is under construction.
Under no circumstances extra guests will be allowed. Ring door bell with camera installed by the entrance.

Great Place

The stay was amazing. The unit was clean and had plenty of space. The pools were great for the kids and the resort is located right on the beach. Only thing is the kids bedroom got a little hot at night.

Wonderful Condo on the beach!

The condo is very clean and nicely decorated, very comfortable. We have 7 in our family and didn't feel too crowded.We had a few questions over the course of our stay and between Cosmin and property staff they were both very responsive and helpful.The property is pretty secluded so the only people on the beach will be those staying at this property. Nice big hot tub, very large pool with slides for kids.We'll be back sometime!

We live in Peoria, AZ and we always wanted to own a place by the beach. Our dream came true when we purchased this beautiful condo in Playa Azul. We are now ready to share it with you so you can enjoy beutiful vacations and create priceless memories. We have four children and they absolutely enjoy the water slides, the beach and the game room.

Our condo is on the fourth floor with easy access by elevator or stairs. Everything in the condo is new and it is our dream come true. A fully stocked kitchen provides all the comfort for a home cooked meal or frozen blended drinks. The kitchen side faucet adn the fridge water line are connected to a reverse osmosis system, so the water from the refrigerator is drinkable. 2 Bedrooms and the living room have TV for your entertaiment and the entire condo has WI-FI for internet surfing or gaming. We also provide beach towels and accesories for the game room such as ping pong paddles, air hockey pads and billiard balls, for your convenience.

This resort has amazing amenities, including kids pool with water slides, beach volleyball, a fitness room, and many games. We have been going to Rocky Point for over 15 years, and this has been the best beach so far. The resort is a gem in the making, and the on-site restaurant offers a variety of meals and drinks.
