Enjoy your vacation on this Greers Ferry Lakefront property just steps away from the beach. This property is conveniently located in-between the City of Heber Springs and the town of Greers Ferry. There are restaurants and marinas all within a 15 - 20 minute drive.

The Lakehouse Lounge has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One story, open kitchen, living room, dining area and a sunroom.
The large wrap around deck is mostly covered with several grilling options and lots of seating for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends.
This property includes everything you need in the kitchen to cook your favorite meals and plenty of games to enjoy with the whole family.

There are several native animals displayed inside the home. Deer, coyote, bobcat and more. This property is deeply nestled in the woods and these types of animals still roam the land. A gentle reminder that you are in their territory.

Sleeps 8 - 1 King, 2 Queens and 1 Twin
Master bedroom includes a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Air mattress and an oversized sleeping sack also available. There is plenty of space for all your guest.

The drive down to our private neighborhood is a gravel road, curvy and very steep. Guest and their company must drive with caution and safety in mind. All renters are responsible and assume all risk of damages while on the private drive and on the surrounding property during their stay. Rental host, property owners and HOA will not be held responsible for any reason. There is plenty of parking available for all.

Pair this rental with the "Lakefront Cottage" to add more space for additional guest. Sleeps 3-4 people with an open studio-style living space, kitchen, bath, king bed and a twin bunk. The wrap-around deck is perfect for reading a book or sightseeing for wildlife.
