This property is conveniently located right in-between the City of Heber Springs and the town of Greers Ferry. There are many restaurants and marinas if you choose to explore those areas. All within a 15 - 20 minute drive.

This unique rental is twice as nice with the main house separate from the guest cabin with its own entrance, kitchen and bath. There is plenty of parking for your family and friends.

The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. It is on one level with an open kitchen, living room, dining area and a large sunroom overlooking the forest and lake. It features a master bedroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

The large wrap around deck is partially covered with several grilling options, dining table with lots of seating for relaxing, playing games, and sitting in the sun.

The guest cabin is also lakefront and sleeps 3-4 people with an open studio-style living space, bedroom, kitchen and bath. The wrap-around deck is perfect for reading a book or sightseeing for wildlife.

This property includes everything you need in the kitchen to cook your favorite meals and plenty of games to enjoy with the whole family.

There are several native animals displayed inside the home. Deer, coyote, bobcat and more. This property is deeply nestled in the woods and these types of animals still roam the land. A gentle reminder that you are in their territory.

2 sleeping cots, air mattress and an oversized sleeping sack also available.

Grilling your favorite meals & sitting by the large fire pit is all you need after a day filled with adventure on Greers Ferry Lake, hiking the many trails to caves and waterfalls or just hanging out on the private beach just steps away from the back porch.

Two kayaks are available for use during your stay.

The driveway down to our private neighborhood is a gravel road, curvy and very steep. Guest must drive with caution but it is well worth the trip!
