Denna rymliga lägenhet är en av de största två sovrum enheter i storsejl. Det är vårt andra hem och vi vill att du ska njuta av det med oss. Vår familj har ägd denna lägenhet sedan mitten av åttiotalet, och vi har haft varje minut av vår tid här. Enhet 238 ligger på tredje våningen i strandbyggnaden # 2 med utsikt över White Sands och Blue Water i den vackra Mexikanska golfen och Miramar Beach. Visa bukten (från balkongen eller vardagsrummet) medan du tittar på barnen leker i det nyrenoverade poolområdet komplett med vattenfall och stort badtunna.

Detta är vårt Beach House. Vi njuter av vår tid på de vackra stränderna, men om du får klåda att shoppa / äta är du en kort promenad eller bilresa från Silver Sands Outlet Mall och många av Destins trevligare restauranger. Men om du vill stanna inne kan du njuta av nyinredda omgivningar och otroliga vyer. Som en extra bonus, om du vill laga mat hemma kan du gå ut till New Grilling Patio (vid poolen) medan barnen njuter av spelrummet. Efter middagen jobbar du av din måltid i träningsområdet eller tar en racket för ett spel tennis.

När du går i lägenheten är du på stranden. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng med ett rymligt badrum och LCD-TV / DVD. Det öppnar ut mot balkongen. Gästrummet är inrett med dubbelsängar, LCD-TV / DVD och gott om garderob och byrå. Vårt vardagsrum är stort och har en drottning bäddsoffa, LCD-TV och DVD-spelare. Matplatsen har ett bord med plats för 6 och frukost bar. Vårt nyligen inredda kök är fullt utrustat, och skåp och Corian räknare lägger till din strand upplevelse.

Great Condo

Great vacation spot!

The description was accurate. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Dawn was a wonderful host. She quickly answered the questions which we had upon arrival. Highly recommend this area for a family vacation.

Wonderful and Relaxing

This condo is exactly as pictured. It was very comfortable and offered everything you need! Almost every day of our trip was spent on the beach and having beach service provided was an added perk! We were so happy, we are going back next year!

Beautiful Condo on Miramar Beach

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful two weeks at Mainsail “Room with a View”. The condo was as described in the listing, most importantly it was clean when we arrived. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, as were the pillows. The beach chairs included with the condo were definitely a bonus! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a family friendly beach vacation.

beautiful stay at the Beach

Getting to the beach was just an elevator and boardwalk, away with no steps. The pool area was lovely. The condo was just as advertised on line. The condo had beautiful furnishings and all you wanted for every day use. We ate breakfast and lunch every day in the condo for this reason. The 6 seated table and 3 bar stools were a plus if you had friends for dinner!

Wonderful Condo for a Young Family

The condo was lovely - perfect for our young family. The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed and it was wonderful having 2 chairs at the beach. Dawn was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Sweet Retreat

Our family has stayed at Mainsail over 25 years. This Condo ranked high on our list. Very clean, beautiful views and very good location. Close to the pool area. Views of the ocean was amazing. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had. The Wiggins/Chambliss family from Illinois

Beautiful condo

Pictures were spot on. Great view of the beach and pool. The kiddie pool was a must for us. A lot of condos don’t have a separate area for the babies. Very quiet considering it was a holiday. Master suite was very comfortable and nice. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Spring Break 2023

Great location- steps to the beach! Location was quiet- close to everything but away from all the hustle and bustle. Condo was adequately stocked. The roll away beds were a pleasant surprise as we had a family of 5. I booked this place based on the high ratings of the hosts and other reviews, no disappointments!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! We had an amazing time and Dawn was super helpful even when I had questions about Chinese take-out! Steps away from the non-crowded private beach and across the street from grocery! Perfect location for our little family. Thank you!

Great family property!

We really enjoyed this condo complex. The beach is very clean & not overly crowded. Parking was easy, and the facility was in good condition, including the pool area. The unit was nicely updated & included extras you don’t often get from larger property management companies such as beach toys and chairs, a keurig coffee machine, etc. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and left a binder of helpful information. Book with confidence!

Very nice

The pics on vrbo don’t do this unit justice. Yes you’re in the beach. Just 2 doors off the elevator is the unit so it’s super convenient. Once off the elevator at the ground level, you’re immediately at the pool which is much nicer than the pics indicate. View from room was much better as well. Condo had everything one could ask for. Really enjoyed our stay!

I would give 6 stars if I could.

This property is amazing, we took advantage of the beach service almost every day we were here and also used the pool a bunch, the beach and water are perfect and they really live up to the emerald coast legend. The area is just far enough away from Destin to not be right in the middle of the craziness but also close enough that you easily get a sample of it if you choose. Any of the wonderful things that I have to say about the property and area however, pale in comparison to the host. Dawn absolutely bent over backwards to help us deal with the flight delays and cancellations that happened to us, I cannot say enough good things about her, if you are weighing this property against another one please consider how much value she can add to your trip! Dawn you are INCREDIBLE! Thank you so much we hope to come back soon!!

Nice Condo

The condo is as listed and pictures are accurate. The balcony view is nice. The bed in master bedroom was comfortable. The furniture was comfortable and everything was clean. The TV in the master bedroom was not working. The owner, Dawn was very good at communication and asked the maintenance man to fix it. He unfortunately was not able to fix it. But she is planning on buying a new TV soon. I would stay here again the next time

Excellent property!

We enjoyed our stay at this location! The pictures and on-line description could not have been more accurate. The place was clean. The location to the beach was great. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. We would love to stay here again.

Nice stay

The condo was decorated nicely and the view was great! There were a few maintenance items that need to be taken care of such as a few of the closet doors off track and bottom of dishwasher falling off. Owner was called and they said they were aware of items and were working on it. The king bed was very comfortable.
