This seventh floor on the Beach Condo, located in the upper Panhandle of Florida overlooks the area`s famed Emerald Coast with its sugary white quartz beaches and beautiful crystal-clear emerald, green waters. There is also a game room for kids complete with vending machines, tennis and shuffleboard courts.



We have a comfortable living area complete with a Samsung smart TV for your downtime, or you can relax on the patio that overlooks the beach. When you`re ready, you can swim in the clear emerald waters or at one of the two pools. Our building`s pool has a hot tub, kids` play area, and bathroom - while the front pool is heated and has a bathroom for your comfort and convenience.



The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed and complete en-suite with a newly renovated walk-in shower, vanity area, large closet, and smart TV. It has a breathtaking view with soothing wave sounds for a restful and peaceful sleep. The second bedroom is just steps from the guest bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It also has a king-sized bed, a nice view, and a smart TV.

Located in Miramar Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area`s natural beauty can explore Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and Miramar Beach. Traveling with kids? Consider Big Kahuna`s Water and Adventure Park or the Track for fun! With jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving nearby, you`ll find plenty of adventures in the water.



Dubbed the `Playground Area of the Gulf Coast` our area has all the shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and water sports you can handle. Destin also holds the nickname of `World`s Luckiest Fishing Village` for you avid fishermen.



Outlet shopping with stores like Saks Off Fifth, Lacoste, Coach, Adidas, The Gap, Ralph Lauren, and more, is right across the highway and you don`t have to go far to get groceries or other necessities. Relaxing Beach Trip

We always enjoy MainSail. The condo was comfortable for our group of five. The host was gracious and allowed us to check-in about an hour early once the cleaning crew finished. The shower in the master bath had been upgraded, which was nice. The kitchen is important to us as we eat most meals in the condo. The kitchen has the essentials, but nothing more. There are no spices, foil, cooking spray, etc. Plan accordingly. The beach was beautiful while we were there, and the patio was lovely for sitting and listening to the waves. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing stay.

Great Condo

We had a wonderful stay with great views. All you need in a beach front condo. Kids loved the kid bedroom and the pools and hottub. Hubbie and i loved the views and fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely return!

Fantastic Stay

This was a fantastic condo that was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of living space and good sized kitchen. It was very close to the beach. The balcony-patio faces the beach and is great spot to relax. I appreciate the owner allowing to stay and thoroughly enjoyed my time.

We enjoyed the condo! Nice and comfortable beds and furniture. Very pretty view of the gulf. The TVs were nice although we had trouble figuring out how to use them the first two days.

View from the Balcony is fantastic. Just to hear the sound of the waves will put you in a mellow and relaxing mood. Condo is comfy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay right on the beach. Definitely will be coming back.

Easy beach access and great view.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location. The area is congested and construction makes it a nightmare. We didn't have to go far for anything. It was so nice! Unit was well stocked and comfortable. I was surprised by the size of the unit, it's very spacious. Beach service was great!

Memories made for a lifetime !

Mainsail will always hold a special spot in our hearts being our son proposed on beautiful Miramar Beach to his lovely fiancee'. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Only wished there was a regular coffee pot after the owner informed us there was , but only a Keurig. Loved the kitchen & location. Loved the privacy & quiet atmosphere.

The Happiest Place On Earth

The Mainsail has been a vacation destination for my family and friends for years. This condo is perfectly located with absolutely awesome views and a short boardwalk to the white sands and turquoise water. It is peaceful, comfortably furnished and decor reflects a beach vibe. Through the years developments have enveloped it, but its prime location has not been disturbed. The owners are attentive and provide answers for any questions you may have. Book your visit with the assurance of a wonderful stay at the happiest place on earth. You will leave refreshed and restored. 💞

Absolutely perfect location

Overall our stay was amazing! Winn-Dixie is a quick walk so we had everything we needed. Outlets literally across the street for some retail therapy. Comfy beds. The kitchen is a bit dated but served it’s purpose. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work but there are plenty of ice trays. Definitely a place to stay if you love the beach. The balcony overlooks the beach and waking up to the sound of the waves is magic. I highly recommend.

Perfect Spot

My wife and I along with our neighbors were looking for something with two bedrooms on the beach and this place was perfect. Seventh floor with the balcony overlooking the beach. Condo is very clean and has everything you need. Having two king beds is also a plus because it is hard to find. Easy access to the beach down the elevator and less than a minute to the sand. Beach chair service also included. Covered parking is also available. Five minutes from grocery and outlet shopping. Restaurants also very close. Will definitely stay here again.

Stunning Sunsets

Just wanted to drop a line and say thank you very much for a fabulous vacation at your place. The unit was clean bright and fully stocked with all the essentials. Shopping was right across the street, golf was on both sides of the condo less than 2 miles. We ate out with some of the best sea food restaurants we've every been in. All in all it was a very relaxing safe holiday . I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend this vacation rental to anybody of any adult age. There are things to do for all ages. The beach is unbelievable with the whitest sand I ever seen. The view from the west facing deck allowed us the most beautiful sunsets. Pete was most helpful and quick to respond to any concern big or small. I do hope we get a chance to come back next year and many thereafter. Thanks again Alberta Canada Sent from my iPhone

We absolutely loved this condo! It was very roomy and comfortable. The view was just as you would expect and very peaceful early mornings or late nights to listen to the waves roll in. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking needs. Pull out couch was very comfortable and the kids didn’t mind that being their spot one bit. Storage closet was full of beach toys! Legitimate on the beach stay as we were on the boardwalk to the sand in less than 1 minute from leaving the room. Beach service was great with chairs and umbrellas ready each day. Truly a relaxing vacation. Improvement suggestions: more towel hooks/racks, soft cozy throw blankets for movie watching, provide coffee filters for the coffee pot so the fit is good, more than 1 bath towel per guest (us girls with hair require 2 towels) Overall very satisfied and would stay here again!
