Tropical 2-story conch style townhome recently renovated and newly furnished located in the Key West Golf Club Resort. The home sleeps 4 comfortably and is perfect for experienced travelers looking for tranquility. The historic district of Key West is just minutes away, including all the fun and excitement that the area has to offer. This can be your oasis as you explore Key West and the neighboring Keys!

This home is available for monthly stays (minimum 28 nights). For November, December, January, February, March and April, bookings will start on the first of the month. For the rest of the year, we are flexible about start dates. Contact us for more details.

(Note: this home is new to me, but I have owned and rented another home in the Golf Course Community. I received only 5-star ratings from all my guests. This home is larger and better in many ways. I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as my previous guests did.)

This comfortable, updated home is located in the quietest part of the Golf Club Resort, with easy access to street parking. At 1320 sq. ft., this home is the largest townhome floor plan available. It is an attached townhome with one shared wall and windows on three sides. While technically a three-bedroom home, the additional room on the first floor is set up as a study and additional living space. This home is the widest available, giving it the largest and very best floor plan. The home has 2 porches, including a large, screened-in porch on the rear with spaces for both outdoor dining and lounging.

The Living Area

The living room faces the first fairway and has a large flat screen TV, comfortable sofa, reading chairs, indoor dining area, and plenty of room to relax. An unobstructed sightline from the front door to the back patio provides an open feel. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to feel at home. There is also a study opposite the kitchen, with desk and sofa for more options during the day. Additionally, there is a full bathroom and laundry on the main level for convenience.

Accommodations

The house has two bedrooms on the second floor, each with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom (toward the rear of the house) has a queen bedroom set and dressers, large closet and faces the rear of the house and the golf course. The front guest bedroom has a brand-new queen-size bed, dresser, large closet and ensuite bath as well.

Amenities

You will have a washer & dryer, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TV, cable, wireless internet, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ grill. In addition to the large screened-in porch, there is rear patio with additional seating. All bedding, linens and towels are provided. Additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay. The community has two pools -- one larger, resort pool and one smaller family pool. There is also a well-equipped fitness center.

Things to Know about the Key West Golf Club Resort

The resort is located on the 18-hole Reese Jones-designed Key West Golf Course. The golf course is public and detailed information and rates are available on their website.

The community has 24/7 gated security, 2 lagoon-style heated pools , and a club house with a fitness center all available for your use (as noted above).
