Enhet 502 slutförde en ombyggnad i nov 2018. King bed i Master med sovnummer madrass, kakelgolv och 2 fulla bad, nytt kök, nya möbler.

Seawinds ligger på den södra änden av den vackra vita sandstrån med halvmåne på Marco Island. Seawinds är en av de närmaste lägenheterna till vattnet och ger de sevärdheter och ljud som gör Floridas stränder så populära. Vår enhet ligger på femte våningen och vetter mot stranden och havet med fri utsikt. Njut av panoramisk strandlandskap i norr och söder, men den bästa utsikten är solnedgången och stranden, direkt mot väster. Både vardagsrum och sovrummet öppet till Lanai för oförglömlig utsikt över stranden.

Anläggningen har pool, bubbelpool, tennisbanor. I närheten kan du njuta av fina restauranger, unika butiker och nattlig underhållning inom gångavstånd.

SeaWinds at Marco Island

Had a great two weeks on Marco Island. The condo was clean, comfortable and lived up to everything that was advertised. The balcony had a great view of the beach and was a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset.

Relaxing beach stay

Was able to relax on the beach each day and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. We had a slight bump in the stay when the upstairs condo decided to undergo construction and chisel up their floor. We were notified one day in advance by the owner and had to make plans to vacate the condo through out the day or be stuck suffering the horrendous noise. Other then that everything was wonderful. We would recommend staying here again.

Superb Second Stay

Our second time staying was as great as our first. Beautiful & clean condo with great amenities. The wagon, umbrella & chairs made for easy beach days. We noticed many beach goers without so appreciate that we had everything we needed. Libbie & her team are gracious & welcoming. Ocean views & balcony are wonderful. Looks like we will be returning for a third time…

Beautiful clean condo, we had everything we needed, checkin/checkout process was easy. I have stayed in multiple other condo places on the island and I have to say this one was the best, from ease of parking, just few steps from the beach, will definitely try to stay there again if available.

From Buffalo, NY and have been owners on Marco Island since 2007. We have twin boys. We started coming to Marco in the early 1990's because my husband loves to fish. We love the laid back atmosphere of Marco and the wonderful people on the island.
