We had a great time at this property. The lake is small but very quiet and relaxing. The house had everything we needed. If you have mobility issues (especially with stairs) it may be an issue for you as there is only one bathroom and it is on the main level and all bedrooms are upstairs. Overall though, the place was just what we needed to relax and share a lot of laughs with old college girlfriends. The host was very responsive, too.

Exceptional. Very clean. We had everything we needed. The house is very nice, each bedroom was spacious and clean. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and clean. The outdoor area is very nice. We had plenty of space to park and dock our boat and jet skis with fun beach space for the little ones to play. Barry (our host) was quick to communicate and very helpful. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. This is an exceptional place to stay !

A great stay on Sand Lake! The bathrooms have been remodeled and are very clean. The kitchen has a nice open floor plan with the dining and living area with a great view of the lake.
