The Vintage Bungalow is an immaculate home with amazing panoramic views! The owner has kept its modern appeal with a vintage classic decor and premium mattresses and appliances.

The location is ideal. A five-minute walk takes you into the Village of Arroyo Grande. for coffee, dining and shopping. Enjoy being close to many of the Central Coast beaches, Lake Lopez and Edna Valley's best wineries!

The main floor is an open spacious floor plan into the living room, dinning room, and kitchen with a view, master bedroom with an en suite, a guest bedroom, and guest bathroom. Off the dining room is the spacious deck with cozy outdoor furniture and heat lamps - perfect for watching sunsets.

The downstairs has an office space, bedroom, full bathroom and laundry room for your convenience. There is also another outdoor experience downstairs - the perfect place to BBQ with the Santa Maria grill and relax on the outdoor furniture surrounding the gas firepit.

The owner has upgraded with high-speed Wi-Fi for those who may need to work from home. This home is fully equipped from the kitchen to the baths and the outdoor amenities. Please read all the amenities we offer with this home.

Absolutely fabulous home in AG near the Village.

This house was amazing. So modern and has everything you need. Location was the best!! Walking distance to AG Village. I would definitely recommend this property. This would be my first choice to stay at if I’m ever in the area again.
