* Under vintern hyr vi från lördag till lördag. ^ Classic Florida stuga perfekt för en budgetvänlig familjesemester. Lagunpoolen är hemets showpiece och en hit med både unga och gamla. Hemmet byggdes under de fantastiska bomdagarna i South Florida på 1950- och 60-talet, med Dade County Pine-tak och en prydnads korall stenmur, båda nu federalt skyddade och inte längre tillgängliga för byggnad. Detta är Fort Lauderdale, ingen anspråk på South Beach. Det utsatta talltaket ger en varm och hemtrevlig känsla. De bakre sovrummen har skjutbara glasdörrar för direkt tillgång till poolområdet. Trädgården är helt inhägnad för att ge sekretess i Key West-stil. Luftkonditioneringsenheter i fönster. Trådlöst höghastighetsinternet och kabel-tv. Hemmet är utrustat med standardkök och badfaciliteter lämpliga för en prisvärd familjeorienterad semester vistelse. Very relaxing

Very nice property with lots of trees, plenty of everything (dishes, towels, bedding, etc.) that is needed. Nice neighborhood, felt safe. The owner responded ASAP to an issue with the AC and had someone out there immediately. Pool is awesome!!

For vacationers who appreciate charm

The fact that this was an older home was its greatest asset. We've never stayed in a rental with more character and we loved it. It was comfortable with a beautiful pool area. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great location, decent house.

House is dated but clean. Pool was very nice and the spa will come to temperature if you give the owner enough notice. Very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows blankets, and towels. Nice neighborhood that felt save and was very convenient.

Great stay!

We had schedule change and the owner was very good to work with about that. The heater was out in the pool before we were to arrive and again the owner kept us updated about it and worked to get it replaced by the time we arrived. It was a wonderful surprise to find it was a salt pool and not chlorine!

Loved the pool and the mid-century modern house. There could have been more info left by owner; tv service, garbage pickup, pool heat control. Tho we loved the house it might have been better maintained for the price paid. Also, we had a huge iguana jump in the pool. Exciting as he was gone the next day

Wonderful!

Thank you again Kevin for giving us the opportunity to stay at your rental. It was a wonderful stay, my family and I enjoyed it very much. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very clean and comfy. The pool is exceptional! The location of this home it great, we are literally minutes away from the beach and half an hour away from Miami. All attractions were right by, no worries about having to take long hourly drives, everything seemed to be close enough and was easy to get to. Walking distance from the house to the mall was a plus! The neighborhood is also very nice. This is a wonderful home and it made our vacation joyful.

Not for us

We stay in Fort Lauderdale about 10x a year for work. As with any expensive area, you need to pick your priorities within your price range and while I can see this house being great for some, our family would prefer something better maintained. Good-private fully fenced backyard with a pool. Dog friendly, decent location not too far from beach, 3 bedrooms, full house, kitchen was well stocked, washer dryer. The house looks like it became a rental years ago and they put minimal effort to keep it going. Not worth the price for us compared to others we've stayed in FLL, but again I'd choose a little further drive to beach or no pool for something cleaner and better maintained. Covered the furniture with beach blankets, only soap in shower, curtains in one room were sheer etc... Nothing too bad but not same quality as others in the area we've stayed at.

Great pool and home for entertaining

We loved the pool. Had a few other families in town same time and the kids really enjoyed themselves in the backyard. Home is close to so many fun things. I’d consider booking again next time we want to visit Lauderdale.
