Twin Villas of Coral Ridge County Club har just avslutat en större renovering med all ny exteriör, integritets innergård, täckta uteserveringar, ny gemensam pool, landskapsarkitektur, utomhusbelysning, nya PGT-fönster och dörrar, nytt kök och möbler.

Villorna (Islamorada & Key Largo som de kallas) är belägna i en vacker och lugn Coral Ridge Country Club, ett exklusivt bostadsområde öster om USA 1 minuts avstånd från stranden och är bekvämt beläget inom gångavstånd till shopping, biografer, restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker.

Islamorada Villa ligger bara 1/2 mil från den intercoastal vattenvägen och 1 mil till den berömda Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Befälhavaren och gästbadrummen renoverades med ny travertinpromenad i duschar med glasdörrar och nya granit-toaletter. Köket uppdaterades också med alla nya apparater i rostfritt stål, bänkskivor i kvarts, skåp och bakplatta av glasplattor och under belysning.

Uteserveringen inkluderar tropisk landskapsarkitektur & nattbelysning för kvällsunderhållning. Twin Villas (Islamorada och Key Largo) delar en vackert anlagd uppvärmd pool.

The house was just as described, if not better! Very clean, everything we needed was there! The location was probably the best we've stayed at! The host's recommendations for local dinner spots were awesome. Would like to rebook next time we're in the area!

Great Location

First the Host was very helpful and easy to work with. The unit was very clean and having DIRECTV was easy to use. Will definitely stay again. Coral Ridge Mall was right next door and easy to get to. The beach was less than 5 minutes away.

This place was by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in Fort Lauderdale. Everything was just easy! Very spacious and the pool was super! We hope to repeat our stay here for sure!

Great time. Beautiful weather. And we loved our stay at this VRBO rental. It was so convenient to restaurants, the interstate, the beach, stores and airport. We hope to spend 2 weeks next year!

Super clean property and fantastic location

We travelled from Montreal, Canada. We were 4, my husband, myself and two daughters (15 & 19). It was so clean and owner was very responsive. The location was absolutely FANTASTIC! great mall right in your backyard, so close to the beach and so many restaurants! The pool area was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing villa

This villa is absolutely amazing! Very spacious and comfortable. The entire property was very clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is perfect to quickly get to the beach, and local dining and shopping. The pool was perfect!! My family loved our stay here, and hope to return soon.

Great host! The weather delayed our flight by a day and Asta was kind enough to shift the rental dates for us. Great location. Convenient to stores and the beach. House was perfect and the pool was fun!

The property was perfect for us, three sisters from the Midwest, to relax, read, explore Ft. Lauderdale and enjoy the beach. Great location, quiet, nice pool, close to beaches.

Excellent Property

We loved our stay in Asta's property. She is a superb host and well deserving of her rating. Asta is extremely responsive and helpful. The property could not be better situated than this one in Fort Lauderdale. It is in an excellent neighborhood and quiet but still a couple minutes walk from a large mall with a Target, Publix and other stores. It is also just a few minutes walk to numerous excellent restaurants and cafes. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, very quick WiFi and other amenities. It is lovely to have the pool which is a regular sized pool. Thank you Asta.

Great spot for the family!

The pool was lovely and it was 5 minute drive from the beach. The house was very clean. It was nice having a pack-in-play (with a mattress) and a high chair on the property, although it was a bit big for my 1-year-old (who is small). The beach umbrella broke on the beach due to the wind, and the property manager had a new one sent to us the next day. She was very helpful and communicative.

Gorgeous Getaway

The property is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location. We were close to restaurants, shops, and all the places and things important to us. The pool is a tropical oasis, and we took full advantage of it. The house is equipped with everything - we made great use of the floats, the beach chairs, and all the outdoor seating areas. We will certainly be back.

Perfect location and wonderful amenities

Very happy with our stay at key largo villa. The pool was great, the tv’s and selection of channels were great, and it had everything else you could need including bbq pit, laundry, beach equipment, etc. The owner was responsive via text and everything went very smoothly.

We had an amazing time at the property. It was as it was described on VRBO.

The property is in perfect exquisite form. All you need is available including cooler, umbrella and beach chairs. ASTA was a tremendous host and so accommodating. I would recommend anyone who wants to stay close to all in fort Lauderdale to stay here.

Great Location

Arrived and villa was spotless. Spent free time in pool area. Location was in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to shopping, a short drive to beaches and fabulous restaurants. Had a minor issue but property manager and handy man responded quickly. Overall hope to return there soon.

Loved this neighborhood and location

We loved walking up and down the gorgeous streets of Coral Ridge Country Club Estates. The property was very spacious, and the pool area is incredible. We appreciated all of the stuff provided for our three year old (highchair, pack n play, stroller). However, I will say that the pack and play was very dirty and stained. We didn't love the idea of our child sleeping in it. Otherwise, things seemed clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you might need. We would definitely love to return and stay in this same house. Thank you, Asta!

Very comfortable stay

Asta’s house is in a very nice neighborhood and is conveniently located for getting around Fort Lauderdale. We stayed with our dogs and there were a couple of dog parks only a short drive away. Getting downtown or to the beaches was also quick and easy. There was a shopping center next to the area with everything you may need - Publix, Target, etc. The house was nicely decorated and the exterior areas and pool had a nice layout. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.
