Charming 1940 Waterfront 2-Bedroom 2-Bath Condo.

This is a charming 2 bedroom 2 bath, Florida style, a condo in Clearwater Beach, that can sleep up to six people. The unit is the only 2 bedroom unit in the complex. You will be staying in a unit that has a breathtaking water view of the harbor and you are only two blocks away from the beach and all the attractions. No need for a car, you can literally walk everywhere. Great place to visit and a great place to stay.

This unit is on the second floor. The living room, and sitting room area is very spacious. Has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen for you to utilize during your stay.

We live in Denver, Colorado and we will not be able to be there for your visit. However, there is a property manager available on-site during your stay. You can always contact us too if you need anything as well.

Blocks away from the beach and a nice view of the harbor. After a long day at the beach and all the fun activities to do in Florida, you will be able to escape in this quiet peaceful space.

If you choose to drive, there is plenty of on site parking. Leave your car and take advantage of Florida Free rides, the Jolley Trolley or Pinellas County Bus system. We personally take a LYFT ride from the airport to the condo. But the choice is yours.
Must be at least 25 years of age. No Pets.
Check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Check out at or before 10:00 a.m.
6 GUEST MAX ARE ALLOWED TO STAY IN UNIT. All visitors must be checked in with the property management team. If you have any more than 6 guest/visitors stayin in the unit, Manager can ask GUEST/VISITORS to leave. If managment finds out that there are more than 6 Guest/Visitors, you will automatically be charged $500.00 per night per guest/visitor.
Fishing is allowed but cleaning/gutting/filleting fish inside the unit is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! - ($300.00 additional Cleaning Fee will be assessed if this happens)
Please clean, gut and fillet fish at the cleaning stations on the dock. Please make sure to clean up after cleaning fish.
All garbage must be placed in the dumpster outside D building upon check out
No smoking in the unit - you are welcome to smoke in the common areas.
All laundry, including bed linens, are placed in the laundry basket before checkout
Dishes cleaned and put away before checkout.
