Nice little place

On the out skirts of the main attractions but has the best beach access and especially for the price. When I go back to clear water I will stay here again

Perfect

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! We loved the location! We were in walking distance of shops, great food and were steps from the sand! The house was clean, and cozy. We’d love to visit again someday! Also, check-in was simple and everything was as described! Would definitely recommend!

Great Location

Nice little property that is close to everything, the beach, downtown, restaurants, parks. It was clean and our 2 adults and 2 teens fit well. Side note make sure to bring paper products and trash bags, or plan to get some locally. Overall a great place and will look to stay there in the future.

Lovely but simple place, very close to the beach

This place is very basic, but really close to the beach and very sufficient for staying in Clearwater Beach. We would definitely come back. However, the bed should really be replaced.

50 steps from the beach!

Check in was easy. Awesome location. A little run down but overall a great deal for the location. Fully stocked kitchen was a bonus. Also beach chairs and toys included.

Beautiful Beach

Cleanest beach property we have ever rented not a spec of sand anywhere. House is close to beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a meal. Furniture is all comfortable. The hot water heater worked sporadically. I did call during our stay about it. I would definitely return

Great Spot for a Small Group

Great convenient location steps to the beach, with beach view from the front porch. Fully stocked kitchen. The pull-out sleeper sofa was a medieval torture device for an adult, so you're better off sleeping on the sofa. Unit was equipped with beach towels and toys. Be advised: hand soap is not provided in the bathroom.

Wake up in the morning- pour a cup of coffee and step out the front door! That’s why you come here right?! The space is old and outdated. It is however clean. I’m not here to sit in my room. I’m here to sit on the beach. Mission accomplished.

Great price & location

I rented this place for one week with my dogs and was happy to find such a great price, even with the pet fee. Five stars for location and price. 2-3 stars for a few issues. The construction next door was expected per advertisement, as was some noise expected. However, the construction (sign says they’re building beachfront million dollar 30-unit condos) literally shook the rental unit several times a day, like an earthquake. That went beyond typical loud construction noise. Floors, walls really vibrated with the huge machinery going at it, a few feet from the place, many hours every weekday. I was out a lot, but if you like to come back to relax during the day, you will not be able to get any peace and quiet here. Even with no construction, it is very loud. The walls were paper thin so could hear everything - every step the other renters took, and every word, in unit next door. Also, bar/restaurant music nearby, and people walking outside on the street late night. Bed had spring sticking up that poked you if you lay towards the edge. Bed was ok, not great, so long as you slept towards the middle. Sheets were clean which was good. Had termites - you can see in bathroom the termite trails near the sink, where they’re literally eating the walls. Had a lot of bugs I killed with bug spray. I know it’s FL and bugs are expected, but place had not been sprayed. Since the bugs (over 20, and I saw at least 3 kinds - spider, many flying medium sized ones and ants) were dead after I sprayed them, I did not complain because I did not want to waste anymore vacation time. On the 6 th day a bug guy unexpectedly knocked and I was showering so it was inconvenient - I went out there and he said he’d come back as I have a dog and he won’t spray. That was fine as I was leaving the next morning. If they’re going to have a bug guy spray during someone’s stay, they should give a heads up in advance he will be coming. The internet did not work upon arrival (at 8 pm) due to Belloise giving me the wrong access code. Unfortunately I needed internet for my work, so it caused quite a bit of stress. I had to wait until the next day when office was open to get a someone (two very nice repair guys finally stopped by) to fix it mid-morning. I’m glad it was fixed but it was not a great start to the trip. All the I issues would have caused a lot of people to give it one star but I’m being generous in that the price was right and location good. It was ok, overall.

Awesome and convenient!

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was clean and exactly like the pictures! The location was literally perfect! It’s in walking distance to literally everything!! When we come back to FL we’ll definitely be booking this place again! Highly recommend!
