Beautiful, completely renovated single family home, with expansive outdoor living on a new large screened lanai with pool & spa on a private œ-acre lot. Located in the gated Foxfire Golf & Country Club community which is a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Home includes a new gourmet kitchen with large center island and new appliances. Large master bedroom suite with shower and bidet toilet. Guest-bedroom with queen size bed and office/3rd bedroom with queen size sofa sleeper & desk, with high speed internet to browse the web or catch up on work remotely if necessary.
Golf, on our beautiful 27-hole Arthur Hills designed golf course, re-grassed with new irrigation and short game practice facilities in 2021, and all club amenities, are available to renters for a small association/club transfer fee. New tennis courts and bocce courts were also added in 2021.
Our home is just minutes from Naplesâ beautiful sandy gulf shore beaches and the shops, galleries, and world class dining of Old Naples, 5th St and the surrounding area. Naples Botanical Gardens, Naples Zoo, fishing, boating, bicycle trails, parks and so much more to share with family and friends are also nearby. If you are adventurous, you can also easily enjoy a short trip to beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Islands or a quick adventure to Marco Island and the Everglades that are less than an hour away.
