Villa Lago Breeza is located on the famous Terra Lago Lake in Indio, close to Coachella Grounds (Empire Pollo Grounds). This beautiful home has just been fully upgraded with no expenses spared! All furnishings are new. Great view of beautiful park with the lake from living room. Great for playing some sports, having a picnic or simply enjoying the beauty. There is also a fantastic public golf course in the HOA that you can enjoy and a beautiful kids park.
Located in Terra Lago gated community, with stunning grounds, surrounded by multi million dollar homes. This is a safe neighborhood, perfect for walks or just to relax by the lake. There is a kids park in the community as well. Whether you are planning romantic getaway, family gathering, bachelorette, birthdays, gender reveal, baby shower, engagement get together or guys/girls golf or shopping trip, this property is perfect for all of that! Let us know if we can help with making your special gateway that much more memorable. Note: guests are not allowed to swim, go boating/kayaking or fish in the lake.
POOL|SPA: $100/daily fee to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa heating is included.
Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
GATE: Guests will need to kindly provide first and last names of adult guests in order to be able to go through the community gate. Please provide names anytime up to 24 hours before your reservation.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

PARKING: We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway. If you have additional car, they can be parked near the main security gate on 44 Ave. All parking fines will be billed to the guests, no exceptions. Please plan for 4 vehicles, larger vehicles parking in the driveway. Note RV/Camper Vans/Large Passenger and Commercial style vehicles are not allow after 6 pm and on Sunday's.  We do not want any inconvenience to you and here to help you, please reach out if you have any questions.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests as of August 27th completion are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.
FESTIVALS: Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.
SISTER PROPERTIES: Please check out our other 80+ sister properties if you are looking for something different. We will gladly accommodate you and your group.
FIREWORKS: fireworks of all kinds are prohibited at all times in the desert, due to the fire danger. Please ensure not to bring them to the property.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.
HOA Rules:
NO street parking after 6 pm, (Extra Parking available outside the main security gate)
NO commercial vehicles or Oversized Passenger Vehicles after 6 pm and not allow on Sunday All-day
NO RV or Truck RV conversion after 6 pm (can be parked in front of the security gate)
NO Swimming, boating or fishing in the lake (long term residents are allowed)

We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home & backyard.

If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.
