Welcome to your home away from home! Our beautiful, cozy, and spacious condo is located only 2 blocks from the boardwalk and the oceanfront. It's within walking distance to the best restaurants, night life, and live entertainment. The Virginia Beach Convention Center and Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center are also within walking distance. Whether your stay is for business or pleasure, you are sure to be pleased with our tranquil coastal oasis!

This 2 bedroom, 1 and a half bathroom is sure to be a cozy stay! Long stays are welcome; private message me for more info.

Lovely Property

Me and my son stayed for a long weekend for a sporting event. The home was clean, decorated well, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. We were close to the Sports Center and the beach. Akida was excellent with communicating instructions. We would definitely stay again!!

Amazing family vacation

Akida was an amazing host. The checkin process was smooth and she provided clear instructions. The location of the home is a short walk from the beach, food and entertainment. The home is as pictured and was very clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting again soon. I would definitely recommend to families thinking about a vacation to Virginia Beach.

Relaxing stay in VA Beach

We had a very nice stay in VA Beach. The home was close to the beach and many attractions. Having a parking spot was clutch. Manager providing coffee and snacks was a nice touch.

Clean and cozy

My only problem was you cannot have guest and you get the policy like a few days before. Great location, very clean..i hate the one bathroom idea.

Wonderful location !

Property is centrally located. About a block to the beach and in the middle of all the shops. Everything was in walking distance. Property itself was very clean and matched the pictures online. I would definitely recommend this condo and plan on staying in this property in the future.

Beach Time with Family

Perfect condo in a great location. The condo was well equipped for a family style spaghetti dinner. Everything you need is nearby. Shops, beach, restaurants and groceries. The aquarium is only a 6 minute drive away. We were able to see so many dolphins right at the beach.. no boat needed.

Amazing stay

Loved the location. Keep in mind it is on a main street and can get noisy with traffic but it didn't bother us. Little amenities provided like coffee pods, water bottles and welcome snacks was appreciated. Akida was wonderful to communicate with and always quick to respond. We had an unfortunate incident with the key code door lock but that didn't hinder our stay. Make sure you have instructions on how to lock the door. Lot's of food choices in the area. Beach 10 mins walk away. Secure parking spot. The Property is well maintained and beautifully decorated. I look forward to my next stay here.

A Few Things to Know

Pros: The place was clean and the owner was very responsive. Right before we arrived, for example, she let us know that the bathroom sink was clogged and that there was a work order for it. She also responded to a few messages when issues arose during our 4 day stay. It is within a few blocks to the beachfront which is super convenient. Cons: There are some things that aren’t easily clear from the posting - the residence itself is about 8 feet from a major road going into the city and the larger bedroom is on the roadside. Traffic noise, horns and revving engines were non stop all through the night. The listing cites as part of the amenities that there is a washer and dryer. Only later did we find out that it is a commercial, shared, paid washer and dryer. Host mentioned to us it was .25 a load but it was 1.75 to wash and 1.75 to dry each load and there wasn’t a change machine so we had to specifically track down quarters to do laundry. Despite the work order, the bathroom sink was not unclogged during our whole stay there. There were also a bunch of other small things that were not in working order such as the light over the range, the kitchen table, a lose tub drain, a non working clock in the bedroom, and the parking lot lights were both 100% out when we got back at night, making it so you had to walk in the dark to the residence. And the neighborhood there isn’t too great. One thing to host I’d also recommend is more towels and washcloths available in a closet or something as well as maybe a box fan or something for airflow. Overall it wasn’t terrible but it’s also a place I most likely wouldn’t book again.

Family Vacation.

Convenient location, clean, close to beach and multiple restaurants. Had everything we needed for the week. Close to busy street so noisy at night with loud music and car horns etc. Overall, nice place to stay.

Great condo

Akida is fabulous, she’s quick in response times, she’s helpful, she’s kind and the property is exactly how it’s shown on the site. It’s about 2 blocks off the beach (within walking distance). the surrounding areas are a bit sketchy but this little block seemed safe. I felt safe. Just be mindful of where you’re walking if you’re out and about. Overall, it’s as close to the beach as you can get without being on it. It was quiet other than street traffic noise. With it being so close to the beach and the master bedroom on the side of the busy street, you hear loud cars and emergency vehicles at night but with a fan to drown it out and some ear plugs, you’ll be fine. Great place to stay to visit va beach, beds were comfy, tv was easy to use and everything was clean and homey.
