This house will make you feel at home with the full comfort of a relaxing getaway. Close to everything but private and quiet& newly added Hot -tub spa and Day-bed with full bed & twin bed downstairs in livingroom . You could walk to several dining spots in a 1 mile radius or ride a bike.đŸšČ Buck Creek State park is minutes away as is the Clark County fair grounds , Yellowsprings ( Home to Dave Chappelle & Antioch College ) nearby is Cedarville University and Wittenberg University (Springfield) Wright- Patterson Airforce Base is 21 miles or 35 mins exactly from the house . SPRINGFIELD-Splash Zone great for outdoor family fun in the sun. Veterans park has outdoor free concerts Wednesday thru Sunday night starting at 8pm . Downtown Columbus is 40 mins away. Great stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely love to stay again sometime!

Ideal location

This rental was a perfect location for us at a great price compared to local hotels this weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate the pictures were. Very clean with comfortable furniture. Great first time Vrbo experience.

Very nice house, would have been nice if it could have gotten a deep cleaning but the people before us didn’t leave until 3 pm on Friday the 12 and our check in was at 4 so no time to deep clean. Saturday the tub started leaking in the kitchen while my daughter-in-law was giving my 2 little grandsons a bath. Called the host and he explained why it was doing that. He was very friendly and he even came to the house after he got back in town and checked it out and let me know when he was on the way. We were there for a wedding and I would rent it again when in Springfield.

The property was fabulous. We only stayed one night but enjoyed it completely. Shelton has everything there for entertaining. Everything was very clean. Would definately stay again.

Stayed for the weekend and it was awesome. The house was beautiful and everyone had a wonderful time. Really delicious Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Neighborhood was a little noisy Saturday night but nothing out of the ordinary. Would definitely stay again.

Tucked away house one block away from a main road with restaurants and fuel stations. It's an affordable private retreat within the city. They did a great job considering guests in their renovation. This isn't just a vacation rental, this is a retreat.

Perfect for our needs!

We stopped here for one night on a road trip. It was easy to access from the interstate, and there was plenty of room for our small family. Check in was very easy and the house was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and also tacos from Mariana’s, just steps away. We returned for Mexican ice cream—yum.
