This inviting 2 bedroom 2 bath 5th floor condo is in the Seascape I cluster. The split plan offers privacy for both you and your guests. There is tile throughout the main living area with wood flooring in the kitchen and neutral carpet in the bedrooms. There are two patios with lovely ocean and village views, off of each bedroom. The primary suite has a king bed, an updated bathroom and walk-in Shower. The secondary bedroom suite has a King bed and an updated bath with a shower/tub. The living room has such a welcoming feel with great views of the ocean and pool. Included with this rental is a washer/dryer and cable/internet. All Seascape guests have access to the Seascape I pool, hot tub, and grill area located behind Seascape 4100 building. The condo is an easy walk to both the beach & the Cayman Pool. The community features heated pools, hot tubs, tennis, pickle ball, bocce, shuffleboard courts, a 9-hole executive golf course and a private beach. Work out in the newly constructed Fitness Center or opt for numerous exercise or creative classes. Dine onsite in the newly renovated restaurant or grab a burger and cold drink at the Tiki Bar located at the gorgeous brand-new resort pool. Property includes a manned gate with 24 hour security.
