The good news? If having a balcony is important for your stay, Rising Tides Properties have several other beautiful oceanfront condos available that offer full balcony access.

Rising Tides Properties Condo 1203 â One-Bedroom with Two Queen Murphy Beds, Ocean Views & Balcony
Relax and enjoy stunning Atlantic Ocean views from the comfort of Oceanfront Condo 1203, located on the 12th floor along Waccamaw Drive in Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Just a short walk from the Garden City Pier, this beautifully furnished one-bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers direct beach access just an elevator ride away.
Inside the condo:
Two queen-size Murphy beds in the living/dining areaâsleep comfortably while facing the ocean
King-size bed in the Master Bedroom with Private Ensuite bath (walk-in shower with removable hand held shower nozzle)
Second full bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower
Private oceanfront balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets
Open dining area with seating for six
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, and dining essentials
In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience
Cozy, coastal furnishings for a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere
Resort Amenities:
