Friendly community

Staff and other guests were friendly and helpful. Condo kitchen had all we needed to dine at home. Beautiful beach, pretty ocean.

Great area

We loved the area and the condo. Being on the 19th floor gave such wonderful views of the ocean and the condo was quite spacious.

Great location and great condo

The location was great and the condo was what we expected. We really enjoyed our week. The only problem we had was that the room keys were not activated when we got there, but we got that resolved quickly.

Very good location. Unfortunately a bit off off year with piers not open due to winter storm damage.

Suite very good with some upgrades scheduled. Lots of beach to work with. Close to one grocery. Good value.

Beautiful condo

This property is lovely, well appointed, everything we needed was there. Since we chose to eat in, I made good use oc the kitchen. The only things missing were dry measuring cups and spoons, which were easy enough to grab at the grocery. Convenient location, great view, calm, relaxing.

Condo was just as pictured in add no bad surprises good value, no noisey parties.

Great place for our 43rd anniversary, throughly enjoyed our stay at unit 1906, we had everything needed to prepare our meals in the unit even tho we did enjoy eating out every evening at several different restaurants will definitely stay here again in the future thanks Jay and Chandra for letting us enjoy your place. Everything was great

Everything was as the listing stated. There were no surprises. Bathtub/shower was very spacious. Everything was clean. Large condo for a one bedroom. Bed was super comfy. Plenty of towels and extra sheets/blankets. Would recommend for up to 6 people to stay comfortably. We had a relaxing week! Thanks

Wonderful Stay

The condo was as advertised. Very nice and clean. We loved opening the sliding glass door and listening to the beach. We were sad that the pier was closed due to damage from the hurricane. Unfortunately we stayed over the new year holiday and the keys stopped working.. The front desk told us to contact the owner and he said that we should be ok since we were leaving on Monday, so we had no choice but to stay at the condo Nee Years day since we could not get back into the condo. Other than the at incident the experience was very nice.

Not Worth the Money

The condo was not very clean and very beat up. It needs some updates and maintenance. The resort also needs some updates and was not the cleanest. Front staff was great but the other staff was not very friendly. I will never stay at this resort again.

Great View but do not recommend

Chaos at check-in. Had no idea that parking garage was 1/2 block away from Tower 1 and only the 3rd floor and up. Condo was as clean as can be expected. Vents in bathroom and air vents in rooms need to be cleaned. Washer/Dryer are in need of a good clean out. Sofa needs to be replaced. Mattress could probably be replaced as well as it sags in middle. Otherwise, condo itself was just ok. Building on the other hand needs a lot of work. Not a resort as one would expect. Pools were size of a backyard pool. So if you are going there with a resort in mind, it definitely is not a resort. Pools were filthy. Thank God for the beach and nice weather because that was our escape from an otherwise disappointing week.
