Check-in: After 4 PM
Check-out: Before 11 AM
Early/Late check-in/out may be available upon request.
â MASTER BEDROOM:
A cozy retreat with a queen bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
â SECOND BEDROOM:
Two twin beds, a closet, and a TV for a comfortable stay.
â THIRD BEDROOM:
Features a queen bed, work desk, TV, and closet.
â FOURTH BEDROOM/POOL HOUSE:
Offers extra privacy with a coral stone outdoor shower, queen bed, and TV.
â KITCHEN:
A chef's dream with all necessary appliances, wine fridge, and cooking essentials.
â LIVING ROOM:
Spacious area with ample seating, smart TV, and an open dining area seating 8. Includes a sofa bed for additional guests.
â OUTDOOR SPACE:
Boasts a beautiful garden, iconic pool design, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and a pool house. Professionally maintained landscaping and pool. The pool is not heated.

No pets allowed.

Unheated pool for relaxation.
â PARKING:
Driveway parking available for up to 4 additional cars.
â PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Packages can be delivered to the door. Guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.
â PROVISIONS:
Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, portable crib, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.
â GUEST SCREENING:
A security and fraud prevention check-in procedure will be conducted.
â SAFETY:
We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.
â EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
â OBSERVATIONS:
Strict no-smoking policy and low noise level post 9:00 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
â CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Enjoy the tropical climate with regular pest control, though encounters with local wildlife are possible.

Full access to the entire home. Owners live next door and are available for assistance.

Garden House is a short drive to the Florida Keys and nestled between two National Parks, Biscayne National Park and the Everglades National Park. Also, a quick bike ride away from the Southernmost brewery in the United States, Schneblyâs Winery and Miami Brewery.
