Other amenities include two golf courses, tennis courts, an equestrian center, and boat rentals. Pack up the provided beach chairs and toys to make the short 10-minute drive to Kiawah Beachwalker Park. Visit within two hours of low tide and walk to the very end of the park to watch dolphins “strand feeding” - a unique hunting behavior first observed in the wild on Kiawah Island.
THINGS TO KNOW
Access to the use of Club facilities is only available with an amenity card. Please note that an amenity access fee of $550 per month, $200 per week, or $33 per day as well as a deposit of $15 for each amenity card will apply. When picking up your amenity card, you will need to provide a credit card to which all charges will be applied during your stay. The card deposit will be refunded when the cards are returned. An itemized statement of all charges will be provided at the end of the month. Effective November 1 - February 28, the access fee will reduce to $265 per month, $115 per week, or $22 per day with a dining-only option of $99 per month, $33 per week, or $6 per day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
