We take guest experience VERY SERIOUSLY. We never received a comment, a call back, or a report of an issue from this guest. The ONLY communication we had was their request for a late complimentary checkout which we obliged. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and working order of everything in the cottage. If there was any slight issue or concern we are accessible 24 hours a day to address it. Please feel free to connect to discuss.
