Feel the ocean breeze as you relax in the comfort of the screened in sunroom and leave the sand outside in the OUTDOOR SHOWER! Located at 222 19th Ave Belmar in a wonderful, family friendly neighborhood, you are under a 5 minute walk to beach with small kids in tow.

Fully renovated and equipped 3BR 1.5BA home boasts first floor Queen BR for single floor living. 2 additional bedrooms (both queens) and half bath are on the second floor. New LVT flooring throughout, new central AC/heat, new Ceiling Fans, new kitchen fully stocked & equipped with dishwasher, granite counters. W/D in basement. 60” Smart TV with cable, wifi throughout the home. New dining with seating for 6. Bedding and bath towels provided.

Private backyard paver patio with seating for 6, Grill, and hot/cold OUTDOOR SHOWER complete with private dressing area and plenty of room for off street parking in the driveway.

Includes 4 Belmar beach badges - kids 13& under don't require badges. Beach chairs, toys and umbrella provided for use during your stay.

Family fun

This was a perfect fit for our first family weekend. The house was very clean kitchen was well equipped and we had most everything we needed. Peers were very accommodating with our schedule which I appreciated So nice and close to the beach too. Oh and plenty of parking on the extra long driveway

Great home! Clean, wonderful front screened in porch comfy furniture, all new. Beautiful backyard and outdoor shower. So close to beautiful Belmar beach, quiet and clean. Would definitely book again!

Home Away From Home

House was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with cleaning essentials. They provided plenty of flatware, dishes, and kitchen utensils. Brand new kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower and lovely furniture throughout. Ample parking, close to beach, new patio, clean grill and beach supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!!!

Good times in Belmar

We had a fantastic week in Belmar. House was clean, well kept and well equipped. We had everything we needed for the week. The space for 4 adults was adequate and the distance from the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. The outdoor patio was super for dining and hanging out. Our host was incredibly accessible and responsive at all times. Definitely would recommend this location as well as consider it again for a future visit!

A very lovely and clean home. Close to the ocean and Lake Como, our dog enjoyed his walk around the lake each day. Owner was very accommodating for check in process and the welcome snacks were very much appreciated .

Perfect space with a 5star host!

This home was Exactly what we needed, close to our sons contest site on the beach, lots of restaurants in walking distance was key. Nice neighbors and a quiet area of Belmar mostly residential.. When we arrived at the house it was perfectly clean plus we had the most delicious basket of fruit and apple pie as a welcoming gift. The owner was very accommodating as we changed our dates at the end, extending our trip so our son could fulfill an opportunity in Jersey, I will definitely rent this property again without any hesitation! Thank you Stacey. I have one suggestion.. a surfboard rack in the outside storage room…. ( that’s for selfish reasons lol)

Beautiful Belmar

Enjoyed an extended stay at this lovely beach cottage. The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The cottage is newly updated, well stocked including beach chairs, and has a wonderful outdoor shower. Short walking distance to the beach and Lake Como. Would highly recommend.

Oasis by the Sea

Our family had an amazing, long weekend at this lovely cottage by the sea. We had a blast hanging out at the beach (a short walk from the house) and relaxing on the back patio in the evenings. The upstairs is small and best suited for younger children. Our 14 year old loved it. However, the narrow stairs leading up are not for everyone. The kitchen was well appointed, but again small. So while we prepared nearly every meal at home, it was a challenge having more than 2 people in there at a time. It is a wonderful, beautifully appointed home. Great for a family with small children. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quite, despite being so close to the main "drag". We will definitely be back again.
