The view of the lake from the patio is worth the price of admission all by itself! Not to mention the hot tub, game & bunk room, tastefully decorated home and comfortable rooms, makes this a can't miss, home away from home!

This property is centrally located: close to Disney/Universal, Winter Park, Downtown Orlando, UCF (3.5 mi), the beaches, and shopping! If you want to be close enough to do everything in Central FL but far enough away to not be sucked into the traffic & tourism, then this is the place for you!

Good for us

We were in town for a wedding and rented two places across from one another. We needed the space and were not there much but enjoyed both places and the host was accommodating to out requests.

Family Time

We had a wonderful time in Orlando celebrating Mother’s Day and a new grandbaby. It was so nice to have a comfortable place to gather and spend great quality family time together! We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay!

This property was cozy and in a neighborhood that was quiet and relaxing. It didn't have all the bells and whistles of properties around Disney - because it was not near Disney. We enjoyed our week at the property and the manager was available for questions and left us snacks at the property upon our arrival.

Great communication and easy experience!

Check in was smooth, easy access. The house rules were simple and straight forward. Our friends and family were able to stay in one house together and it never felt too crowded. We loved having this house as our home base for the weekend.

Pleasant stay. Responsive host.

This property is exactly as pictured. Host, Jeremy, was very easy to work with; he responded to inquiries immediately (during both the booking process and our four day stay.) This single family neighborhood is quiet and well maintained with easy access to grocery, gas, and other essentials, all conveniently located within a mile or two. The king bed, in the primary bedroom, was very comfortable (bedding & pillows fresh/clean). Liquid hand soap (in both restrooms), dish soap, trash bags, laundry soap, paper products etc. were all available, which we appreciate not having to shop for while on holiday. We would definitely stay again in the future when in the area.

Great long weekend visiting family

Great stay. The only reason I gave three stars on the house is that it’s an older property that could use a little updating. That said, it is very clean, the host is fantastic and we will definitely try to stay here again our next trip down.

Short stay

I was here for a funeral for my Aunt who lives in Orlando. The house was convenient to everything. The house was clean, beds were nice and the game room was a bonus as was the view of the lake. Thanks!!

Great location

The house is in a nice location, very quite. The lake view is a bonus and nice to look at. The beds are nice. Check in was nice and easy. Communication was great. I will stay again in the future.
