I look forward to this every year!

This is my second extended stay at this house. This year they added some fun perks like sheets/linens/towels/bedding and even decorated the towels like on a cruise. The extra housekeeping perks were a great touch. The view never gets old here!

The King wasn't a King

We were not able to get into the condo early like promised. The King sized bed was terrible! It was so hard, you could feel springs sticking up to the mattress. The TV in the King bedroom wouldnt work. The TV in the livingroom required registration. There was no mention of bunk beds in the listing.

Off season Beach stay

We enjoyed our time at this house. Location was great and plenty do space for the family. Toys for the kids and dog friendly were a huge plus!

Wonderful vacation!

Location was perfect, and the rocking chairs on the porch were a plush! The villa was absolutely perfect......cleaniness was a plus! Spot on. Beautifully decorated with a beautiful view of the ocean! Loved Ocean Isle Beach, the beauty of it, and the quaint feeling of the island. Highly recommend this place.

Favorite beach stay so far! Every summer around the same time our family heads east to the ocean. We couldnt resist the view, the location and the price!! Tasteful decor & beautiful ocean view

Comfortable & tasteful decor, inside & out, well-stocked kitchen, AC worked well. Comfortable beds. Quiet and safe area. Quick walk to beach access. Pool a nice option. Likely to return for future visits.

Nice stay

Overall it was a nice stay with a few minor issues. Condo was not cleaned very well when we arrived did some cleaning on our own. Liked the location to pool and beach. Booked for next year on same day of departure so notice on frog say 100 off. Please confirm that for me. We booked Aug 9-16-25. Is there a waiting list for this property we would like a date in July if someone cancels. Thank you and would love to hear back.

Fantastic place - perfect for our multi-family group

This condo was perfect for our group of three families – six adults and six kids and a dog. It’s right next to the clubhouse with a giant pool and beach access. It’s about a two minute walk. Great view of the ocean from the porch. The only negative was that linens were not included, but that’s not stopping us from planning another trip to this place! Highly recommended!

I love this place!

I was fortunate to stay here for 34 nights. I think it was the best thing I ever could have done for my mental health. The place was nicer than advertised. The hosts were kind. The views were amazing. I watched sunrises and sunsets every day. They were also very dog friendly. Even the decorations were great. I’m hoping to stay longer next year if I can get someone to cancel their five day stay that’s interfering right now. I would strongly recommend!

Perfect location and wonderful stay

We had a great stay and wonderful time here it’s really close to the beach entrance and pretty much next to the club house with a pool and hot tub. The condo was really inviting and plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely come back.

Lovely Stay!!!

Our family of 9 had a delightful stay for July 4th week. The villa was very clean and quite roomy for us all to where we had privacy, yet could come together as a group whether to watch movies in the comfy living room, play games on the large dinning room table or hanging out on the deck. Quick walk to the large refreshing pool and beach. Although you have houses directly in front of condo, you still had a good view of the water and being on the west end, there is very little traffic which was a plus. We went to grill out on the gas grill on the 4th and someone had stolen the gas tank which was there before.. owner said he would reimburse me for buying new tank but then we could not get grill to work so our bbq was a bust so had to cook inside. Kitchen is decently stocked for cooking for a large crowd, could use some more coffee mugs. It’s on the first floor and well insulated as never really heard neighbors above or beside us .. felt private and was quiet. Parking is for 4 cars and easy to get in and out of location. Elevator was great for loading in and out. NOTE: Linens/Towels are not provided so need to bring your own or rent. Overall, it was a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Short Stay at Ocenan Isle Beach

We were able to get a relatively last minute reservation and had plenty of space for our family of 9 plus a dog. The unit was on the lower level, but was a short walk to the beach and high enough above the ground to have nice ocean views.
