Short stay

We just needed an overnight stay, and this was perfect. The location was within minutes of where we needed to be. Plenty of good restaurants around us to choose from.

Great place

Clean, quiet, comfortable, great view. Good food at the pool restaurant. Hot tub was listed but there isn’t one. It says 3 bed, but it’s two bedroom and a pullout couch. It’s not far from restaurants and a beach. Overall, great stay.

Beautiful balcony sunsets

Wonderful views of Tampa bay from balcony. A clean, well decorated corner unit with windows into the living room besides balcony. Short walk to beach area. Casual restaurant-bar at the pool just steps away and easy parking under the unit. Quiet, relaxing location.

Very nice place. Smelled amazing when you walked through the door. Very clean. I just thought there would be a beach you could get down to the water from. But over all very nice. Don is amazing to work with.

Wonderful stay

Normally stay in Madeira but stayed here due to the storm. This place was great although they were still recovering also. Don was a great host and communicated the resort conditions leading up to our arrival. The condo was beautiful the balcony was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot to stay in Tampa

The host was very responsive and extremely accomidating, even with last minute changes. The property itself was clean, had plent of space and great views of the bay. Would definitely reccommend to anyone looking to stay in Tampa!

Great stay!

We stayed one night before our cruise and it was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious and stocked with plenty of towels. Don was very polite and responsive! We hung out at the restaurant and pool all day and enjoyed the sunset by the fire pit in the evening. It was a great start to our vacation. Thank you!

This condo was great! It was clean and well-stocked. The location was convenient. We had to check out of our previous condo early, so I requested an early check-in from the host. He immediately responded and we were able to check in early!

Highly recommend

We checked in late with friendly guard at gate. Easy process. Took two minutes. There’s ample parking. You can walk up 2 flights or take elevator. All rooms are clean and a decent size. Exactly as advertised. 2 Bathrooms Each have travel size soap, shampoo, conditioner, full size dove hand soap and lotion. Towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper. Kitchen is decent size. Full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher with travel size dish soap, sponge, dishwashing pods, garbage bags, paper towels, tea kettle, Kurig coffee maker with 6 pods. (2 dark roast, 2 decaf and 2 others) as well as tea, splenda, equal and a little sugar. Candles and mints were a nice touch. There are a few books, video game system and board games. DVD’s. No washer dryer in apt, but probably a laundry room. The view is nice, the staff are very friendly. It was too cold for the pool (30*) but the fire pit was great. When our flights were changed do to the weather, Don let us book another night. We were grateful we didn't have to pack up and go to a hotel. Thanks Don C. Isernia

Perfect for all!

This place was exactly what we wanted. Water views, sand area, pool with a restaurant and bar right there. The condo was clean and updated and had everything we needed. The staff at the pool bar were fantastic! Close to the airport, which made arrival and departure easy. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Beautiful Oasis

My coworker and I stayed here while in Tampa for work. Easy to find and very quiet. Great kitchen with all the utensils and coffee you could want. Beautiful little beach to sun and enjoy the water. Only about a 15 min drive (with traffic) to downtown Tampa. Highly recommend!
