Laundry room with full size washer and dryer leads to a two-car garage. 3rd Bedroom has baby crib. Other baby items available upon request with 24 hours' notice. This includes a highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and porta crib. All items subject to availability. This home offers a split bedroom set-up with the owner’s suite at the back of the house, two additional bedrooms at the front and one in the middle. New laminate/vinyl plank flooring and tile throughout the common areas. Enjoy the beautiful Florida climate as you visit with family and friends on the private screened lanai. Beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and ice chest) are available in the property. This property offers a 60" Samsung Smart TV with Comcast streaming channels in main room only. Roku TV in all bedrooms. Disney+, Paramount, and Peacock apps are available for guests. Additional apps can be accessed by guest's subscription log-ins. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays.

We love animals, but there are strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please go to . Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $150 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises. Insurance will not allow aggressive breeds.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
