Enjoy the freshly decorated second-floor beach condo at the Indies resort in Fort Morgan. Spacious balcony with great views of the Gulf plus clear views of both the pool and hot tub. This beach condo makes for a great family vacation, nestled in a private gated community amongst beautiful homes.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, TV with cable, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. We provide a pack and play for the little kiddos and just ask that you bring sheets if planning to use.
Second bedroom has a king bed and TV with cable. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and small desk space for those needing to do some work.
The kitchen has all the essentials you need to prepare your own meals. Drip coffee maker and Keurig provided. We do not provide condiments or seasonings for sanitary reasons.
Beach wagon provided with only a short 4-minute walk within a gated community to the beautiful and quiet beach. No roads to cross and some parking available at beach access.
Check out the amazing 8th-floor sun deck providing incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay. A fitness center is available for those 16 and up.
Tacky Jacks restaurant and ice cream shop is across the street, as is the marina where you can book fishing charters. Check out historic Fort Morgan, miles of trails, Kiva Dunes golf course, or catch the nearby ferry to Dauphin Island.
Rules:
*No parties, no pets, no smoking.
*Quiet hours 10pm - 8am.
*Booking age requirement 18+.
*Parking fee of $40 per vehicle valid for duration of stay.
*Pest control may need access to unit once/month for routine service.
*Rule violations can result in trip cancellation with no refund.
Items we supply: Starter kit includes one paper towel, two rolls TP in each bath, garbage bag for kitchen, pods for dishwasher and washing machine, dishwashing soap, soap in baths. Charcoal grills available on site.

Our family has always enjoyed vacationing to the beach and just fell in love with the Gulf Shores area. We hope other families enjoy the beauty and relaxing environment, and we strive to make everyone feel right at home, just as we want to when we visit. The âSail Awayâ theme comes from our love for the water and my wifeâs childhood memories sailing the Great Lakes with her family.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We loved the proximity to Gulf Shores but also how peaceful and secluded the beaches of Fort Morgan are. It's so relaxing but also very easy to get to the action in downtown. Walking the beaches, enjoying the pool, and getting out in nature are some of our favorite things to do when visiting. Of course, eating is important too! We love Tacky Jacks, Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill, and The Hangout.

Reliability. Please check out our reviews. I'm a very responsive host - folks work hard for their vacations and I want everything to be clean and functional for them, so guests can just sit back and relax at the beach, pool, sun deck, or balcony. I'm confident you won't be disappointed staying with us.
