Description: Situated atop a mountain, at Echota on the Ridge, is this lovely 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom split-level condo (stair access only). With two levels of living space and two decks to enjoy the fresh mountain air and mountain view, the layout of this condo is one of its greatest features. The main floor features the fully stocked kitchen, living room with cozy gas log fireplace, primary bedroom and bathroom (double sinks, large soaking tub, shower stall) and half bath. The primary bedroom is spacious and inviting with the mountain view and access to the deck. The two other bedrooms and another bathroom are located downstairs as well as another deck to enjoy nature and fresh mountain air.Â
Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.
Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.
