Fantastic

Just grand, perfect, hot tub on deck looking at expanse of green dotted with cows and sheep, private road to private lake for swimming with dock and little beach, on the ring of Kerry, stock up on groceries at Aldi's and relax at this house and do day trips to Dingle Peninsula, boat ride on lakes, hiking, historic castles, history, lively town with pubs and music. Highly recommend. Good for groups / families, Lots of beds and space to relax.

Absolutely stunning house and location

This house was incredible and the owners were so helpful. 7 friends stayed, would advise hiring car to get from airport, do a shopping run and enable day trips. The hot tub on the decking is brilliant with an amazing view. House is done to an amazing standard with everything you need, including a gas pizza oven outside. Beds very comfy, washer and drier great for costumes and towels. The lake is around a ten minute walk from the house, and freezing but beautiful 😂 Would stay again in a heartbeat. Just be aware it’s not in Killarney as the map makes it look like to begin with, absolutely not an issue, just pointing it out. Thank you so much Karen :)

Exceptional home amid idyllic surroundings

This home is stunning - an upscale remodeled cottage with modern decor and conveniences. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cups, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. Beds were comfy and entire home was spotless. A full sized dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer contributed to our comfortable stay. If you are planning for a country get away, this is your home. There is a private path to Lough Guitane for nice stroll, there is a picture book view of fields with cows grazing - we saw 4 rainbows during our stay! Our host Karen was very communicative. A stuck window shade was fixed promptly the next morning. The home is about 15-20 mins from Killarney and we liked getting away from the hustle and bustle of town. Nothing better after a day of sightseeing than to sit in the hot tub and looking at the strikingly beautiful scenery or sitting in a chair in the dining area with a cup of coffee and enjoying the view through large floor to ceiling windows. My daughter enjoyed the attached yoga studio which she used practice dance while my mother did yoga and tai chi. Only thing that we had to navigate was having one shower for 6 people. We figured out a schedule pretty quickly and it wasn’t a big deal - the view and rest of home really overcame that shortfall by a lot. There is an extra toilet which was handy. We highly recommend this home! It’s is gem!
