WELCOME TO COFFEE POT COTTAGE!

Coffee Pot Cottage is a premium vacation rental property in a premiere location just steps away from the trail system. It is a quaint, super-clean southwestern 1,000 sf private residence located on Soldiers Pass Road in Sedona, adjacent to one of Sedona's most exclusive neighborhoods. Numerous walking and mountain biking trails may be accessed close to the cottage. Relax in the hot tub or on the three secluded patios of the fully-enclosed, south-facing yard and be mesmerized by the surrounding red rock views of Coffee Pot Rock, Thunder Mountain, Sugar Loaf Mountain, the Sphinx, Brin's Mesa, Tea Pot, Shark Fin, Munds Mountain and more.

Inside, enjoy the bright, cozy, clean, modern living space, featuring a high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a comfortable living room with leather loveseat and chair, wireless, high-speed internet (wi-fi), gas log fireplace and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin bed with memory foam mattress. For your comfort there's a selection of pillow types to choose from, including memory foam, feather or polyester. The master bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. There's also a rear sun/yoga room with comfy seating and two yoga mats. A stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

The cottage is located close to numerous trails, making it the ideal base camp for day hiking or mountain biking. It's also within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, and more, approximately 1.7 miles from the front door! Walk the trails to the Sedona City pool and Posse Grounds activity area, including tennis/pickleball courts, about one mile away. A parking pass for Sedona-area trails is provided to our guests for use during their stay (not valid at Federal or State parks).

Coffee Pot Cottage is perfect for a short getaway, longer vacations, or for an extended trip while working remote. Convenient parking for up to two vehicles is provided on the private driveway.

Stayed for three nights. Cottage was exactly as advertised. Had a wonderful stay. Very nice home in a very nice and quite area. The hot tub was wonderful after a full and active day! Would definitely recommend!

Great Cottage!

This is a great cottage, but ESPECIALLY if you are into Hiking and Cooking. The location is only 3 blocks from the Soldier Pass trail head, one of the Epic launching points for multiple hikes. And the kitchen has a new Sub Zero Fridge, gas range, and plenty of cooking pans ect..Everything was exactly as advertised. No complaints.We would stay here again!

Beautiful Home!

Everything about this property is top notch. There are multiple areas to sit outside and enjoy the views. The hot tub was great after long days of hiking. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The home is immaculate and we loved every minute of our stay!

Perfect in Sedona

This was a great property with first class amenities! The location was within easy walking distance to hiking trails. Grocery and restaurants just a few minutes away. The property was very private and with great views of the red rocks. We would definitely come back to this property if we are back in Sedona.

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing stay at Coffee Pot Cottage. This was our first trip to Sedona and this was an incredible place to stay. Jared and the team were so responsive and were there for anything we needed. If you go to Sedona, this is your place to stay! We will be coming back!

Excellent stay

This a great house, well-stocked, great location. Loved the fireplace, the hot tub, the easy walk to soldier’s pass. Kitchen is great, nice appliances/washer dryer, excellent communication. Will definitely return.

Perfect Little Getaway

The Coffee Pot Cottage was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend our long overdue getaway. The home was beautiful, clean, and well cared for. Jared was incredibly welcoming and his recommendations were fantastic! We are definitely looking forward to visiting again, Thank you!

Coffee Pot Cottage-Perfect rental

Gorgeous, perfect location close to trails and town but still is very private and quiet. Jared was a great communicator-everything was easy and clear. He left us wine and coffee which was very kind. Beautiful house- highly recommend!!

Amazing Cottage!

Perfect location near a major trailhead, which is so important because parking around Sedona is hard to find. Amazing view from the front yard. The house was impeccable and the yard was spotless! The hostess was responsive to questions and was super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat!

The most perfect Sedona getaway

My wife and I had the most amazing time in Sedona and we can’t wait to return! The house was the perfect location to everything from hiking and restaurants, coffee shops and smoothie/juice bars! The house was immaculate and the communication from booking until departure was 10/10. We can’t recommend this place and Jared enough! Thanks for the best getaway!

Great stay in Sedona

House was comfortable and well equipped. It was great having flexibility to cook in or eat out. Host was very responsive to our questions or concerns (minor). We really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and discount card and didn’t have a bad meal the entire time. All in all a great time and we hope to return again.

If you like to hike...

This is a great location if you are here to hike and don't want to fight the parking lot crowds. The views are good, not spectacular but nice all the same. The cottage is perfect for a very comfortable home base. Super clean and modern. The hot tub is a nice touch although the jets are not powerful they are welcomed after a long day on the trails. We had everything we needed and more. We would return.

Awesome!!!

What a perfect property for me and wife. We were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary in Sedona (1st time). Our stay could not have been better. The house was very clean when we arrived. It is perfectly located for us to do the hiking which we did everyday by walking the short walk to the Soldier Pass trailhead. We loved the spa especially after those long hikes. At night we would sit in those chairs in the picture of the property and just take in the beauty around us. Amazing so thank you Jared for making our trip perfect.

Wonderful Getaway

Beautiful area, quiet neighborhood, we basically hiked right out the front door to awesome trails up the street. But, you're also still within a few minutes of restaurants, grocery, shopping, and many many other access points to the magical geography of this place. Host was unbelievable with communication, a real professional. The whole stay was a breeze! Very clean, high end appliances were a plus, loved all the windows and siding glass doors. The back patio and hot tub are very secluded. Felt like we did a lot and still can't wait to come back for all we missed out on.

Wonderful cottage in a great location.

This beautifully decorated cottage is so well done and comfortable. All the appliances are high end, the washer and dryer are full size, and the mattresses are Tempurpedic! I got the best sleep I've ever had in a rental. It's walking distance from Soldier's Pass trailhead and just up the road from groceries. We hiked all day and enjoyed the hot tub in the cool evenings. There are decks on three sides of the house, which really extend the living area. We used and enjoyed all of them. Jared is an attentive and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again.
