Our home provides easy access to everything that Sedona has to offer. No more than a few miles from everything, our brand new renovation will be your home away from home during your stay in the beautiful Red Rocks.

A large, open kitchen is the perfect place to cook meals and/or entertain family and friends. Guests can chat while preparing food from the bar seating area or the spacious dining room. Lots of seating for everyone. Indoor seating not enough? The large patio area has more seating to enjoy your meal outdoors.

Off the kitchen is a great seating area with a TV to watch DirecTV, or to just relax on the large couch. Not interested in TV, there is ANOTHER seating area to chat and discuss all the great memories you have made on your Sedona vacation.

Both bedrooms have new kingsize beds for a great night sleep. Private, spacious bathrooms make each room feel like an escape from the common areas in the home.

This home has everything you could hope for in a vacation rental in the Red Rocks -- including a Red Rock Pass for all of your adventures.

Wonderful property

My husband and I treated our son and his girlfriend to a stay in Sedona. We stayed in this charming house and had a wonderful time. The beds are very comfortable. The location is fantastic - in a quiet residential neighborhood where you can take walks or relax on the patio, but also very close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, and jeep/atv rentals. One day we got a visit from a large group of the roaming javalinas - wasn't sure what to make of that at first but it turned out to be one of those experiences you talk and laugh about for awhile afterwards!My only suggestion would be stock a few extra blankets for colder nights and add a plastic spatula in the kitchen.

Relaxing Retreat

The check-in and communication with Jay was easy and to the point. The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. The Parks Pass and bottle of wine were greatly appreciated! The house had everything we needed - huge kitchen, sitting area, TV room and comfy beds! Plus plenty of wildlife in the relaxing backyard/patio area.

Fantastic all around

What an amazing property. My wife and I stayed in this amazing home to celebrate our anniversary. Jay was THE BEST property manager I’ve ever encountered. As other reviews mentioned, the photos don’t do this home justice. Beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable. Every detail was considered. After we left my wife and I began talking about when we might be able to return. If you’re visiting Sedona and want an incredible place to stay, this is it. The only challenge is that it’s so lovely you may not want to hike or explore. I’d give it more than five stars if it were possible.

Great property and location

Great place for our hiking trip. Very close to many hiking trails. The airport mesa trail was within an easy walk. Property manager very attentive.

Close to everything yet private. With a view!

This beautiful property in West Sedona near the airport was well-situated for outings downtown or further afield. It’s only a short drive down the street to the Whole Foods and some great restaurants plus a brewery. The house is just as described and pictured with a huge kitchen and lots of common space. We saw some cool wildlife around the yard and loved the gas fire pit. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is fantastic

Beautiful property actually better than the pictures on the listing. Very comfortable accommodations for the four of us. Outside patio area was private and relaxing. Host was easy to communicate with and made the visit quite pleasant. Would stay there again if this property is available.

Wonderful Sedona Experience

Our stay in Sedona was made extra special with this home. We had three very active days and coming back to a place that felt like home was wonderful. Each morning as we sipped our coffee either in the picture window dining room or in the backyard, we had surprise visitors from the woods around the property. I highly recommend this home away from home.

Wonderful property

This place is just as advertised. Beautiful, clean and well stocked with the necessities. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were great. The living are had tons of room and seating. The kitchen had everything you wil need to cook and serve a group. We had coffee every morning in the backyard

Staycation

Went up to Sedona to get away from the Valley. Wonderful stay and accommodations. Saw wildlife in and around area and a great location for anywhere you want to go. Loved our time and stay!
