This place is on Bayshore Rd, 0.4 miles from the lovely Nokomis beach on Casey Key. One minute by a car or about eight minutes by walking. There are restaurants, fast food places, banks, grocery shops in a five minutes driving radius. Kayak, bike and motorboat rentals are also close by. An entrance to Legacy Trail, an 18 miles long biking and walking trail is five a minutes drive as well. Completely remodeled and contemporary furnished. There are only three condos on the property and this one is the most private. Surrendered by a nice and calm neighborhood. Enjoy your coffee from the veranda under the palm trees. Large screen tv with lot of channels and Netflix. Wi-fi. On site parking.

Perfect place

Stay was perfect. Place was nice and had everything we needed. Close to shops and places to eat. Very short walk to the beach. Host was very nice . Will definitely stay again.

Cute and convenient

This was perfect for our weekend visit. It was close to Nokomis Beach, close to Tamiami Trail. and close to grocery and restaurants. The interior was clean and cool and had everything we needed. It was truly a five star stay!

Wonderful vacation

Perfect location, absolutely as advertised! Would stay here again. Could use a better sofa and seating area , and more towels. However, that was minor. Very comfortable and clean and a perfect location.

A little slice of paradise!

This is my second stay at this beautiful cottage/condo. As soon as I arrived I felt like I was "home"! It was as perfect and comfortable as I'd remembered. And every walk to the beach was effortless! Literally I pass by like 8 houses and then cross the bridge and I'm on the beach! There are umbrellas, sand toys, and beach chairs available on the property that are easy to carry along with me. Sitting on the veranda relaxing and drinking coffee or cocktails is my kind of life! Atilla thinks of everything so you will want for nothing! There's even an ice-maker! Thanks again my friend! And btw... you haven't gotten rid of me yet!!

Clean, but disappointing.

We really thought that it would a lot closer to the beach. A 9 minute walk in the Florida heat is a bit too much for us now, but the main complaint was with the AC units. The one in the living room was not working properly, and the one in the bedroom just quit the first night we were there. We had to contact the owner, who was kind enough to send a repair technician the following morning and he did agree to give us a $50.00 refund, however, the incident lessened the enjoyment of our stay. Also, the TV screen was very dim and the controls somewhat confusing.

The place was okay but had some issues

The toilet was installed too close to the wall which made the top lid of the toilet , stick out too far , consequently the toilet seat would not stay in an upright open position . That meant for a man urinating, he had to hold the seat up till done . There weren’t enough decent towels provided, not enough dishware , bigger bowls and such . The perimeter curb on the shower is to wide , it leaves little room between it and the toilet , consequence , you smash your foot into it when walking towards the toilet , particularly at night when getting up to use the toilet , I stubbed my toes several times , making them black and blue . Place is on a very busy street , 2 nd bedroom very small , no room to maneuver around the bed , which is too big for the size of the room . Probably would not re - rent do to these issues .

We had a great time. The property was very clean, spacious and it is close to the beach - a fair walking distance. It is also close to restaurants and stores. The owner was responsive and helpful. We would stay again and recommend it.

Home sweet home

A lovely clean and cozy beach house minutes from the beach and best local restaurants. I loved how quiet it was. The king size bed is so comfortable for a good nights sleep. Highly recommended!

Wonderful retirement trip!

The property was very nice, super clean, very comfortable, and love the close (walkable) proximity to beautiful Nokomis Beach!Property owner was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Bathroom, laundry, and kitchen all stocked very well. There were also several beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon available.Overall, a wonderful stay!

Beach life at it’s finest!

This property is immaculate! The beach was just a few minutes walk away. Restaurants were also within walking distance and enhanced our vacay experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Recent Casey Key Vacation

Easy to find VBRO! Interior very clean! For us 68 year olds, walking to the beach was not an option, no sidewalks on a busy road, difficult to carry beach gear - wished the unit had a beach wagon. Great shower, but only 1/2 of the shower head works. Very nice little kitchen, although no bakeware & coffee pot top fell off every time I poured a cup of coffee. The 'carport was full of misquotes all day. And the only other issues were the low to the floor bed in the 2nd bedroom which had a very noisy air-conditioning unit. But, my sister & I really enjoyed the 2 minute drive to the beach where there was ample free parking, great walkways to the beach and wonderful after beach-day showers. The Arbo had OK beach chairs to use & a great umbrella - Thank you!
