Welcome to The Oak at Twin Creeks! A quiet and safe neighborhood in South Austin. The perfect location for your group to enjoy our 4000 sqft house.

Guests have access to the entire house, driveway, and yard.

The house has everything you could want. With 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, 2 utility rooms (yoga/meditation room & ping-pong) and a gorgeous dining room.

The backyard features a massive oak tree that provides shade during the hot TX summer days. It also has backyard furniture and we have included some backyard games!

We are here to assist with any of your needs!

A beautiful and quiet South Austin neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors :)

Please indicate the correct amount of guests as we do charge an additional $30/night/guest after 6 guests. If you have correctly indicated the number of guests, this is going to automatically update your total amount.

RULES:

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups with the primary renter over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Our HOA has restrictions against work trucks and trailers. If you are wanting to bring a trailer or your truck/van has a company logo please let us know and we can try to find another solution.

No parties or events. Please do not stay outside after quiet hours which are 10 PM. As mentioned, we want to respect the neighbors as much as possible. If you are outside after 10 PM and receive a noise complaint to the Austin Police Department (APD), you will be charged a $250 fee.

Great Property

Large house was perfect for a large family as we were all in town for a funeral. It was extremely clean and location was ideal. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with room for whole familyi

When you walk in and see a table that seats 10... and you have 12 (2 littles) you KNOW this is going to be perfect for the family. Owner was extremely responsive, location was great (close to restaurants, Target, a park for the kids, easy to navigate Austin traffic. Yoga room was used by the littles for reading, TVs upstairs and in the living room were great, Outdoore grill worked great. If the crew gathers in Austin next year, I this our first choice!

Lots of Room

House has plenty of room and decorated very nicely! We hosted a small gathering to celebrate our sons wedding and Lucas was accommodating on our request as well as offering local suggestions for catering.

Nice stay for family reunion

Our group enjoyed your stay - I wouldn't consider the home a "mansion" but it offers spacious accomodations with 6 sleeping spaces. Things we liked - 2 living spaces, cookware, big refrigerator and good work AC! Things we wished worked better for us - downstairs bathroom (flush, water refill slow), cleaning supplies available. Thanks for hosting us! This VRBO is great for families!

2 day stay

Property was very clean and roomy. Our only complaint is there were no hand towels or washcloths in the bathrooms & only one extra roll of toilet paper. Also, the garage was available for parking but was messy & cluttered.

Very Large Space Perfect for Family Group

As advertised, the house is very large with plenty of beds and a well equipped kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to shopping. The house was clean, too. While we didn't have any needs, the owner communicated with us and we knew we could contact him if anything came up. If I had to list a negative aspect to the house, it would be that for 4 bedrooms upstairs, there is only 1 bathroom. This wasn't a problem since we were only 5 adults and 1 child and all family so sharing wasn't an issue. There is a main bedroom with bathroom downstairs as well as a powder room.

Girls weekend getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! There was plenty of room for all of our group to sleep and relax. The proximity to downtown Austin was ideal. The house was cute and very well kept. The pictures and vrbo posting online was accurate and Lucas was very responsive and attentive to my messages. Check in process was also easy. Would definitely recommend this property!

This property has the perfect layout! The kitchen opens up perfectly to the family room and the large dining room is in the next room. You need space! This home offers that and more! With more than 4000sqft you can get lost in there. There are six large sized bedrooms, a living room, family room, yoga/meditation room, upstairs loft and ping-pong room. It is absolutely perfect for large groups! The upstairs loft is great for kids and movie nights! You can't forget about the backyard games and propane BBQ grill!
