Snygg, ren, ny (renovering slutförd i september 2015), modern och helt privat. Duplexen har 5 rymliga sovrum med 4 badrum, 2 kök och 2 vardagsrum. Varje vardagsrum Ă€r utrustat med en 50 "TV och kabel. 18 gĂ€ster kommer att vara ganska bekvĂ€ma, var och en har sïżœïżœngplats.

GĂ€sterna har full kaffeservice, kyl / ismaskin, strykjĂ€rn, egen ingĂ„ng, brödrost, spis, ugn och alla köksredskap. Kabel-TV, höghastighets Wi-Fi, tvïżœïżœttmaskin / torktumlare tillhandahĂ„lls.

Great location and communication but house needs to love

Pros: house had a great central location to everything, communication was relatively prompt with the company, handy man came quick although couldn’t fix the issue, they provided a park n play so thank you, and beds were comfy. Cons: the poor place was just run down, the oven door was falling off and I am baffled that it wasn’t fixed before we arrived so the oven in the unit A was not usable, windows had cracked, ceiling light was hanging down from the ceiling a little, door stops not present or broken so you could see people had slammed the doors into the walls by accident. The place didn’t feel cozy in the sense I couldn’t find any extra blankets, carpet felt old and crunchy, and random lamps in the closets that might have been past broken ones, perhaps.

Bachelorette Weekend

We enjoyed the location and the beds were comfortable. Some items that need to be addressed at the house: the icemaker in the freezer upstairs does not work, the wine fridge is broken, lots of light fixtures needed new bulbs, all of the lamps in the house were unplugged when we arrived, it would be helpful in the listing to show the stairs that lead to the lower unit. They are quite treacherous.and could really be a problem for guests. The outdoor deck area does not look nearly as nice as in the photos of the listing. It definitely needs some love.

Wonderful Duplex near Zilker Park

We had a conference in Austin and a group of strangers collaborated on a stay with GuestSpaces, which is close to our Conference Center. After just two nights, we had a wonderful and emerged as friends. However - we did our very best to leave the place in as found condition, but I haven't received my deposit back.

House was presentable when we first arrived. We did find some trash under the beds and behind the headboards but overall, we had a good stay!

Good location, sleeps a bunch

It was nice having the duplex. It was a work trip and each person (5) had their own bedroom. The kitchen had the basics but no good pans to cook with. Some of the beds were worn out and sagged in the middle. Some were fine. Both apts showed signs or wear. All in all, plenty of room and a comfortable place to stay.

Superb location near central Austin! The two units work wonderfully for large groups. Efficient communication with property management.

Two story treehouse

This is a lovely property, but is old and could use a little love. It's close to Zilker Park and accommodated many family members for the wedding we were attending.

OK For a Short Stay

While we enjoyed our visit to this area of Austin for a weekend family event being held nearby, we would not choose this site for a longer term stay. The upper unit (the two are separated like a duplex) was what we primarily used for sitting and preparing breakfast only. The upper unit has the larger kitchen and the stove/oven was clean and functional. There and were ample plates, glasses, and the like. While not listed as an amenity, there was a wine cooler, which though we did not need, if anyone would - was not working. The living area was open and bright. While all the rooms were generally clean, we felt a deep cleaning is in order. Bathroom baseboards and several walls showed staining requiring cleaning or painting. There were also missing bulbs from one lamp and another was effectively not usable as the twist thumb switch to it was removed. The carpets show their age are are frayed in some areas. The shower areas were all ok and usable but the available towels were not, in our opinion, hotel-quality as listed. All of the our guests reported their beds though clean and comfortable, sagged into the middle. We also reported to GuestSpaces the damage to the wall by the front door where there is a broken doorstop. The location is very close to the downtown Austin area, Zilker, and Barton Springs so access to outdoor activities would be a plus when the outside temperatures are not as record breaking hot as they were when we were there. First trip to Austin

Spacious, comfortable and very quiet neighbourhood. Well stocked with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, coffee and coffee filters. Agreed with a previous review, a couple of beds require replacing and photos of patio area is outdated. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay. We had to report a faulty washing machine. Communication was very swift.

Quick trip to Austin

Great location with lots of room for everyone. Kitchen and living rooms were perfect. Some beds needs replaced and the outside deck is not up to pictures.

Family Gathering for a Wedding

The open layout, comfortable space and enjoyable view enhanced our stay. The space was clean and we had all of the amenities that we expected. Having two floors that were each accessible only from outdoors was odd but caused no issues.
